Review: I was quoted $250 for labor to install a cover system on my pool. When the guys came out, they advised me of a better way to do it which would save an hour labor but would cost a little more due to parts. Labor is $125 an hour. I agreed. When the bill came, it still had the $250 labor charge. When I called, their answer was that the original quote they gave me was wrong - it should have been $375. All this was told to me by "[redacted]" on the phone, ###-###-#### at around 10:** am on Sept **, 2013. I consider this unethical and unfair, since the job could have been done without the added charges had they done it the way they did the last time it needed work (I retained all the original hardware from the first installation)Desired Settlement: I think it would be fair to split the labor charge to reflect the spirit of the original agreement.

Mr. [redacted] had a new wood deck installed

and requested a service call for us to re-drill

his Loop Loe anchors using the anchors he had from the original install.

Our technician, [redacted], went to his home on 9/**/ 13 and explained that we could install the original anchors

as Mr. [redacted] requested (it would take three hours which we quoted a cost of $250 - this should have been quoted at $375 as our hourly labor rate is $125 per hour). [redacted] did not recommend

using the anchors

from the original

install because in the long run the anchors would not hold with a wood deck. We recommended for Mr. [redacted]

to purchase new wood anchors

and we would charge our hourly labor rate to install which would take two hours instead of three.

On 9/ **/ 13 [redacted] went to Mr. [redacted]'s home and installed the cover using the new wood anchors.

He was there from 8:**AM to 10:**AM. We charged for the two hours labor

plus parts and tax which totaled $544.68.
