where to start the list is so long I don't think I would have enough room to tell everybody how bad this business is they took something that supposed to be the greatest thing in the world the American dream to own your own home and they turn it into a nightmare It begin when I found a home I didn't qualify for traditional financing so I went to Rainbow reality to talk to them about the terms of the house at a high interest rate and the price was a little bit higher than it should have been but it was a house I wanted so I moved in the very first day I moved in I found out the electrical was all stolen this house was a rated one which means liveable An habitable according to them so I contact the rainbow Realty and they said they would send somebody out to rewire Ok good then we had a good rainstorm come to find out the house floods and its Not just a little bit it floods the whole entire house So now im mad I call an tell them this an they say they can fix it so they send somebody out it took months an a threatening letter to get them to actually fix it in about ten thousand dollars later the house finally doesn't flood now since the house flooded everything has to be ripped out and redone so I start removing all the drywall to replace An baseboards and everything else but while doing this I had to remove ceiling drywall Well to my surprise I discover that the [redacted] who wired the house for rainbow Realty who works for rainbow Realty wired every room To junction box an the wires were melting now I'm very very [redacted] so I contact rainbow reality and they will not contact me back I had to obviously threaten them again the owner finally called me and obviously he tried to say it was my fault blah blah blah blah I'm so [redacted] off of this company An the way they treat people im glade the Attorney General has finally stepped in to stop their shenanigans They prey on the less fortunate they tell them they're going to own their own homes in reality they never do rainbow Realty will evict them as soon as they miss one payment it seems to be a pattern that they will sell uninhabitable homes to the less fortunate and get away with it for many years knowing that the people who have to rent to buy cannot afford to pay the rent and fix a home that will cost thousands and thousands of dollars to fix this place is nothing but a scam
