Rainbow Service Dogs

I am requesting reimbursement for services not rendered by Rainbow Service Dogs due to ineffective training of my dog I am hereby requesting reimbursement for the remainder of classes (x $15) that I have paid for in advance and for the outings that have not been completedThe contract states that we will be doing at least outing a monthI have been at the center since November and this has happened onceI have also included sessions that have been cancelled by the instructor My reason for requesting a refund is that I do not feel that the instructor is teaching my dog or child effectivelyMy son has said that, "I hate going to class, we never learn anything and it is very boring." My son needs a more fast paced and motivating instructorI have attended classes where the instructor has stated that, "I do not know what we are doing today." This happens often and is not professional I am also disheartened by the constant reprimands by the trainer to all the membersIt

I started taking my dog, [redacted] to Rainbow Service Dogs in January Before calling [redacted] , I researched a ton of different places around Tucson and decided that I would try this programI am so thankful that I found her and RSDAfter only a few months of training, my dog and I have improved so muchNot only has his behavior drastically improved, but we have also grown so much closer together as dog and handlerI can't even describe how knowledgeable these trainers areI have had dogs my whole life and I still find myself learning new things about my dogs every single sessionAnother thing that makes this program stand out amongst others is how dedicated the trainers are to your health, well-being, and overall state of mindI have reached out to [redacted] many times with questions and concerns about having a service dog and she always answers immediately and really seems to genuinely care about her clientsThis place feels like our own little familyEveryone looks out for one another which makes it such a positive experience for the dogs and ownersI have recommended this program to every single person who asks questions about my dogThe program is completely tailored to YOU and YOUR needs [redacted] is extremely flexible with training days and times which makes it possible for me to attend three training sessions a week while having a full time job in the military as well as hours of therapy a week

Rainbow Service Dogs is an amazing programThe staff is amazing with kids and provides a safe place to train inRSD is a great community where we all look out for each other and support each otherI look forward to classes because the program offers a fun way to train your dog through strategically created games that you play with your dogRSD uses positive reinforcement and as a result I have seen a HUGE difference in my dogs behavior! I would recommend this program to anyone

I have been in the program with Rainbow Service Dogs for three years now, and have had no problemsIt's a one year course but due to my situation it's taken longerThey have worked me financially with some of my payments which has helped me quite a bitI've also have recommended Rainbow Service Dogs to others as wellI would use them again if I need to train another dog in the future

I HAVE WORKED WITH RAINBOW SERVICE DOGS FOR OVER YEARSWHEN SHE WAS IN MASSACHUSETTS, SHE TRAINED SEVERAL DOGS FOR MY CLIENTSHER BUSINESS HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND COMPASSIONATEIF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR RSD, MY DAUGHTER WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AS SHE SUFFERED MAJOR PANIC ATTACKSONCE SHE HAD HER SD, SHE WAS WILLING TO GO EVERYWHERE

I have worked with RSD and *** off and on for about yearsWe worked, my husband and I with our first dog whom lost to cancerWhen *** passed we were devastated but upon talking to ***, we felt better..Not long after we got two new pups since both my husband I have multiple medical issuesShe has worked diligently with us My Precious does diabetic alert and mobility for me(Had not missed one high or low which amazes meMidnight, my husbands Mastiff/ Portuguese water dog mix, actually does multiple tasks from mobility, pulling his wheelchair, retrieving items, opening doors and moreI Rainbow Service Dogs understands the individuals need for a service dog and will offer rates far below many other programs...and even offer a multiple dg discount on top of their already low fees,
All monies that *** receives in the program just go back into suppliesI have even seen her receive money from a client and turn around and hand it to another for a vet bill or dog food hey otherwise would not haveThey are amazing
