returned the product the day after purchase (contract allows for a 10 day return policy, no questions asked). Almost one month later no refund received. Not returning phone calls, not returning messages, head office doors are locked during posted open business hours. Credit Card is investigating. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!!

Mike pestered my boyfriend to come over and do his demo. We told him we cant afford the vacuum but he assured us he would work with us outside of business hours to ensure we would sell 6 to be able to get this for free.
I was unsure about signing the contract and couldn't find my banking info. Mike bugged and bugged for me to sign. not giving me a minute to read over anything and looked for every possible way for me to get my banking info. He told me to call my bank and I said no I think they are closed. He aggressively said no all banks are open just call.
Mike said this would help our home with health wise and smell wise and it has done neither. we don't have health problems.
He told us the interest rate was around 25% which I didnt have an issue with.He never told us the interest rate was OVER 50% and I don't even pay that much interest for my car. He never told us the return policy is ONLY 10 DAYS. Like most places we assumed it would've been 30 days as that is par in Canada.
The Vacuum is around 3000$ it self but after our payments are all done SIX YEARS LATER. We will end up pay for nearly TWO vacuums.

We were not free from high pressure sales tactics.
We were grossly overchagred with the interest being over 50 percent.
He never included the interest in the total.

TERRIBLE VACUUM *** If we could rate this vacuum a ZERO we would. We were totally mislead. The salesgirl (Naomi-Calgary), offered us a free mini air purifier. Once she got that all set up for us, we then realized that she was demonstating a Rainbow Vaccum System. Who knew ??? We were sucked in at that point, and listened to the demonstration. We did end up buying a system for $3357.90 and at that time we were promised a stair attachment for nothing. We later found out that you need 4 other people to do the demonstration and then you get the free attachment...another gymic... Naomis then said, "don't worry about the list, I will get you one and drop it off at your home." This is why Naomi never took the list from us in the first place.. We still have the list of 4 people here at our home. She denied ever saying this to us, and we never did get the attachement. BE AWARE, THAT THESE ARE BIG TALKER VACUUM SALES PEOPLE THAT ONLY TELL YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU WANT TO HEAR. TERRIBLE VACUUM AND WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ONE TO ANYBODY.....
