We have contacted the customer and have a meeting scheduled for December 7th to address any concernsTell us why here

We are waiting on notification that the rocks have been removedWe can then schedule a service for repairsTell us why here

I have made several attempts to speak to [redacted] over the last few daysI spoke with her when the gas line was hit, and apologized for the inconvenienceWe installed a walkgate at no additional charge and did not charge her for the removal of her existing fence

We met with the customers to go over his service issues and finalize any outstanding items that need to be addressed

The delay in regarding my complaint is the fact that when I brought this issue up with Long Fence they said they were putting me on the schedule Long Fence made empty promises of putting me on the schedule to make repairs Then they would try putting some caulk to fix the leaking This of course did not work I continued to complain and Long Fence continued to tell me that they would fix the problem Then Long Fence from one office explained that the other office had cut the product to short and as it expands and contracts it leaves space which contributes to the leaking Now the company that made the product went out of business and Long Fence tried to buy all that was left Unfortunately they were unable to find enough of the product to correct the leak To resolve the issue Long Fence had to remove the decking and place a linoleum floor and a guttering system to stop the leaking I have complained about the rotten doors as well One of the Long Fence workers, Walt told me that I should worry bout getting the deck fixed first and then worry about the doors secondly Now the owner is stating that he never heard anything about the doors I have complained from the start Mr R***, one of the owners has no intentions of fixing my doors and he is trying to wait this out as long as possible in hopes that I will not pursue this issue I have already expressed my thought with Mr R [redacted] and he wants me to wait until he can fit me on his schedule which will be another yearsThank you [redacted]
