call several times to check on this as the owner was out of the office and the secretary could not give a definite answer on warranty.  We did schedule an appointment to go back on 3-9-18 to correct the problem but Mr. [redacted] cancelled the appointment and called someone else.  I've attached a screenshot of our records verifying the dates and that Mr. [redacted] cancelled his appointment.
