These records have been attached. [redacted] also did not ever report any complaints of mold in the property, and said so on a recorded voicemail that we have saved. If requested, this voicemail can be provided. As for when [redacted] vacated the property, she left large furniture at the curb which needed to be neatly set out and called into the city as a heavy pickup. We explained to [redacted] that the trash was thrown out and will get fined by the city if not cleaned up. Per her lease, [redacted] is responsible for any fines collected due to her negligence.
