In reference to Ms [redacted] , the vehicle was at an outside shop that we outsource work to and the vehicle was there and we thought the issues were taken care of, we are fixing the vehicle at no cost to Ms [redacted] and we will deal with the repair shop that did not complete the work and caused our customer to have more issues, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to our customer and we appreciate her business therefore we are not charging them for the repairswe will be delivering her vehicle to her so we will not further inconvenience her

[redacted]   This letter is to serve as response to the above complaint. The customer above was in fact 25 days late and we are a Buy Here Pay here auto dealer and the loan was done as such. Customer had made previous arrangements...

with her account manager and was unable to keep those arrangements and was told that she would not be issued a pastime code (needed to drive the vehicle) and she became upset because she needed a code to drive the car but we made her aware that we are working with her and arrangements had to be kept. Customer became very upset because she didn’t have the full arranged payment which we was accepting but a code would not be authorized, customer ended the call by hanging up the phone after cursing the collection rep and myself the collection manager. Customer called back after several minutes and said to come and pick up the vehicle before it gets towed as that she wouldn’t be making anymore payments on the vehicle. We proceeded with calling a company the following day top pick up the vehicle, customer provided an address on where the vehicle would be located but in fact it wasn’t there and we had to proceed with using our GPS device on it. Customer stated on 3/20/2015 that she was upset and didn’t really mean that she wanted us to come and pick up the vehicle, we then gave her the information to the repossession company so she could get her things and the redeeming information to get the vehicle back and she declined. I feel that our company acted accordingly and customer didn’t want to keep her arrangements and felt that she would continue to drive and that’s not how the system is set up.   Thanks [redacted] Collection Manager ###-###-#### [redacted]
