Telephone response obtained from company as follows: The company stated the consumer did sign up for monthly car was service at $each. The company stated there were charges made again the consumer's mastercard ending in 1404, 3/21, 4/21, and 5/21. The company stated it only
shows she had car wash within the time frame above. The company stated they will issue a refund to the consumer for the service charges, $X which totals $but they will not refund any overdraft charges. The company stated the consumer agrees to monthly drafts when signing up for the monthly car wash service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: On 2/10/2016 I took my car to North Park Car Wash in Covington, La. to be washed and detailed and to say I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement.

After being told my car was ready I drove off the premise but soon noticed a piece of plastic that was placed on my back seat. I immediately noticed it because I heard a rattling noise. I stopped to check and see what the noise was and discovered it was a piece of the molding that was broken off front seat slide assembly.

When I returned to North Park and asked them what happened I was told that sometimes the molding in cars breaks while it is being vacuumed. I then asked to speak to the manager and he basically said the same thing but he told me to just super glue it back together. I again told him that my car was in one piece when I came in and now leaves his establishment broken. He never apologized or was of any help or assistance in trying to make this issue right, no offer to repair or replace or even a gift card or a free wash or two. They never owned up to their carelessness..

I drive a newer and nice car and no repair or replacement part is cheap and it bothers me greatly that North Park did not own up to their responsibility. I will never patronize this place again; no gift card, gift booklet no nothing! I can even say they didn't even clean it very well because when I got home and wiped it down I was wiping off dirt and grease ... They didn't even wipe that off.

All I can say is I will never go there again.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement part for the one that was broken.

Review: I thought I was making a complaint with Revdex.com online, but I paid $25 to CCA for making a complaint, they did not get any thing from the company.On 5/24/14 I went to Rain Forest Car Wash in Covington, LA with daughter & granddaughter in car. Paid $10 for car wash, 3 guys scrubbed the bugs off front hood/fender, etc. I went thru with wax, tire detail, etc. came out other side and drove away. Daughter got out at gas station and noted the front fender and right tire well bent backwards and hanging to ground. The gas station owner came out and tried to duct tape it so I could go back to car wash. He said he use to work for a carwash place and ask to speak to Manager and they would probably fix it for me. When I returned to the carwash, the manager, [redacted] came out and said I had previous damage and they are not responsible for this repair. One of the employees that had scrubbed my car front, walked up and said to the manager, "no she didn't have this damage when she came in here". I asked for his supervisors name and he would only give his first name of [redacted], would not give me his last name or his cell number to call. [redacted] said he was not allowed to give out this information. Just stood there and looked at me and said "have a nice day" and walked away. I went to Walmart across the street from Rain Forest Car Wash, the mechanics saw it when I was buying a large roll of duct tape to try to hold it together. I must drive across the Causeway Bridge (24 miles) everyday for work and they would not let me on the bridge with it like that, hanging down and flapping in the wind. One of the kind mechanics taped it together the best he could because it was ripped from the bolts that held it together, the front bumper and the side wheel cover plus the trim that held it down. I guess the long material fingers that wash the car got between the crease of the two pieces and pulled them apart during the washing process. I just have liability insurance on my small car (2005 Vibe) and just want them to fix it.Desired Settlement: Just repair the bumper and side wheel cover where they join together and stay, or I can get a quote on repairs and they should pay for the repairs.
