Tom is extremely unprofessional, he will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Talked to Tim twice and said he will ship the replacement fish that doa and we're shorted. Tim did not send the right fish I ordered and then shorted me on othe rest of my order. Tim said a month ago he would send replacements and it has been a month and multiple emails sent by me with no response back. I will be filling a flame in small claims at the end of the week if no response. He does not follow his own policy which is a not good.
