I am agreeing they have refunded my money but rejecting this response because: They have lied and provided false information about my card being denied.  I have proof they charged my card on 02/27/18 the exact day they sent me the original email requesting I send them my drivers license.  I have attached a printout from my bank as verification. If they are saying my card was denied, and that is why they asked for additional information, why then was my card subsequently charged and my order not processed.  If they did have any issues with my card it was not because of the information I provided with my order as my card WAS charged.  Any other normal business would (and have) call me to discuss what ever issue they were having. I just believe this company or one of its employees was phishing for more information from me to perpetrate credit card fraud/scam.  It is very discouraging and I will never do business with them again.
