Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To this date I never received an type of complaint until I was served papers for litigationThe phone number that Rainier Collections provided for me has never been associated with meI was never sent any type of letter or statement reguarding an amount owed on a collections I tried to work with the company when I called them after receiving the court summons and was told that they would not give me any information and how was I planning on payingThey had no intention of working with meThey added several court costs to a bill and told me that's what I owedI gave the collections manager my current phone number and was told I would be called within day I was never called by Rainier collections and they went to litigation instead to collect money on charges and a bill that doesn't belong to meI believe their main purpose was to get as much money as possible from me and they accomplished that by not working with me or even giving me a simple phone callTheir business practices are unethical and are quick to litigation to make as much money as possible on aNY outstanding debt that comes before themI deny that the bill was mine but they didn't care and just wanted money to settle any collections that came to their companySincerely, [redacted] ***

December 9, Revdex.comComplaint DepartmentP.OBox 1000Dupont, WA Re: Case# [redacted] - [redacted] * [redacted] RCS # [redacted] To Whom It May Concem, I WTite in response to your inquiry regarding your Case # [redacted] , and appreciate theopportunity to resolve this consumer complaint Two accounts were assigned to collections by North Sound Emergency Medicine(Emergency Room Physicians at Providence Medical Center, Everett)The first,# [redacted] , on December 9, for August 18, services ($386.00), the second,# [redacted] on May 8, for services provided on january 2, The August visitwas submitted as a worker's compensation claim but was denied as not work related.The later visit ($757.00) was submitted to Group Health insurance which paid $563.60.An insurance discount of $was applied, leaving a personal balance of $ Notices were mailed and phone calls made to Mr***'s residenceIt was found thatMr [redacted] worked nightsWith no response to notices or daytime calls, our clientauthorized us to file suitWe continued to call his residence with only a busy signal orno answer resulting Mr [redacted] was personally served with a Summons and Complaint on September 12,at his residenceHe called our office on September 14th and spoke to thecollections supervisorWhen she informed Mr [redacted] of the account information, heindicated that he was aware of the January visit but not the date, and thoughtthat it might not be his, but belong to another [redacted] ***At our request, North SoundEmergency Medicine reviewed the hospital records for the personal informationsupplied on each of the dates of service and confirmed that they were identical, that thiswas the same patient on both dates, and that they had sent him several notices before the accounts were assigned for collection Mr [redacted] did not respond in writing to the Summons and Complaint and a DefaultJudgment was awarded on October 7th Sincerely, Leah C***Rainier Collections Services
