Per our last correspondence with the Revdex.com, we have taken all measures to remove Mr. [redacted] from any direct mailing campaigns we intend to conduct in 2017. Furthermore, our marketing is routinely ordered 6 months in advance and sometimes presents issues when remove me's need to be done. I intend to...
call both third party mailing houses to investigate why they did not remove the name and addresss corresponding with this complaint. I intend to have this fully resolved by July 10,2017. I will be happy to include a copy of my email correspondences with my mail provider to finally conclude his matter.
