Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate MrL [redacted] responding to you, the Revdex.com, so quickly I don't agree with his statements Mark and I had many discussions of pricing throughout the entire process He even had me in contact with Eric, the local mover, contact numerous times I am not sure how he could be surprised at my complaint I relayed this information to him many times throughout the entire process Perhaps the people he has working with him gave me different information than he wanted to, but I fail to see how this is something I should have to take as a loss on my end This entire process was unpleasant, but I thought at the end with the lower weight and price it would help with the overall situation considering that is what I was lead to believe the entire time I certainly didn't make up figures about weight and price on my own Everyone involved that came to my house for estimates and then the moving told me different than I received at the end I am embarrassed and angry with myself for not getting the second, third, fourth figures on paper; however, I still believed that US businesses and business people behave with ethics in mind Had I honestly known that selling over half my things would result in only a $reduction, my entire move would have been changed I just wish I had known exactly that before hand with straightforward answers to the many questions I had, and the numerous times I had asked them I reason I took the time for this complaint is because I believe I was given incorrect information, and think that should be reflected in what I paidFurthermore, I certainly hope that this never happens to another person moving internationally Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The crate in the photo Rainier attached (taken by me) does not show the overflow crate, it is in fact the “filled up” crateThe overflow boxes were unpacked from its crate in Amsterdam because there was so much wasted space in it according to the local firmMy overflow boxes where put in a small pile to the right of the crate in the photo, and as you can see there isn’t any crate thereI was even told by the local movers that everything easily could have fitted in one crateThe fact that Rainier refers to the “filled up” crate as the overflow crate is proof that Atlantic Relo clearly didn’t pack the crate “to the absolute maximum capacity”I would also like to add that Atlantic Relo did a home inspection and viewed all my packed boxes and agreed that my estimate (cubic feet) seemed correct Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Hi Doug, As you say I had some odd shaped cartons, but I would say the majority of the shipment where regular moving boxesI’ve been told that I would lose 15-20% (according to web pages and your coworker) which would put me at around - CfYour example where a 53ft crate turns out to be 63ft, is the result of a 20% incorrect measurement in every dimensionMeasuring 20% too short in all directions consistently for 50+ boxes is quite a lot if you ask meWith that said I see where you are coming from and I will accept your goodwill gesture to charge for Cf and put this behind usAs previously stated I’m pleased with the other parts of this move and believe this is the result of your partners not doing their job properlyRegards,***
