Your young man tach Admitted to damaging my new speakers and now you say they were like this and done by someone else? Why lie after admitting to damaging them? This is a terrible company.

I purchased $1100 on 4/16/2020 and $1449.75 on 4/21/2020 in products along with services from Rainier Sound authority on all to be completed on 4/21/2020. $649.95 went towards a factory key fob remote start system, that was not install yet they kept the money saying all cost went towards " 4 hours of tech support" to install, and it was not. They sold me a new head unit for my car for $600, to find out that it retails for $318, I also purchased a set 6.5inch speakers for $400. That retail for $189, and 5.25 speaks for $300, that retail for $159.. Services also included installing My 1000 watt amp and 400 watt amp to run said speaker. There was a amp indicate light installed that burned up in less then 20 min of me having car. The head unit was to support android phones, me being told to "download andriod auto and follow directions" witch I did with 2 seperate phones and the head unit failed to work. Also one of the amps that was installed, was installed faulty and shuts off randomly. I contacted owner for a refund and refund of "factory key fob remote start system" and was informed that for me to get a refund I needed to file legal action, because they supposedly have posted no refunds. At time of purchase I seen no such posts. Nor did I sign anything saying I accept those terms, neither of my reciepts state anything of the sort either (sales final, or no refunds). I feel I was price gouged with shotty products and that install was "half assed" at best. I recieved incomplete services and poor workmanship. Broken products, missing tools from my cars and damage to my car and speaker box. With legal action being my only option.
