On July 18, Mr*** called the park to make a reservation, coming September 1, (see copy of reservation sheet)He was assigned site #** by Mary, assistant managerIt was explained to him the site would include the rent plus electricOn July 26, 2016, he came into the office and at
that time, requested a site where we (the park) pays the electricityThe owner of the park was here in the office and told him that he was going to be selling his motor home and that Mr*** could have site #* (one of the sites we pay electric) Mr*** stated that he would like that site when he came in SeptembersMr*** paid a $deposit (cash)On September 1, 2016, Mr***arrived in the parkThe site rents for $500.00, however he paid $due to paying the $depositThe rent was for Sept1st to Oct1stHe also paid $for rent Oct1st to Nov1st (see attachments)He was not required to pay two month's rent, he chose to do so. It wasn't until recently he requested to move to a metered site as he felt it would be cheaper beause money was getting tight for himMary was working and she informed him we did not have a site availableA few weeks later, he asked again and was again informed there were no sites availableWhen tenants/prospective tenants see empty sites, they immediately think the sites are available, this is not the caseWe have sites reserved throughout the year, on a daily basis;on a weekly basis and some for the entire spring and summerI have never told Mr*** he had to leave the parkI do say to tenants, "if you are unhappy here, then you might think about leaving."
