very sweet we thought. She managed to wiggle out of her harness, next thing we saw her go up to the other dog and just turn on the other pet. It was at the end of the day so I waited for the owners instead of taking the dog to my vet. I always planed on paying the bill since the dog was in our care, so I don't know why she said that, also we were very upset about the hold thing, the owners of the pit bull never had any problems with her, so dogs will be dogs, I was sorry I never felt that she was mean we do keep dogs separate if we feel there is a problem, we run a very happy fun clean shop I take pride in over 25 years in business never having a accident like this. We did get the shot  records and was very upset that they stated we never did, we also call and left several message regarding the dogs healing, and to see how they were. I even went as far to send a get well card. So I feel like they just want to hurt my business,  they posted the same picture on yelp like 6 times and stated lies about us not caring, I do everything in my power to keep peace with my customers and employes. Review: Upon picking up my 10 year border collie at her scheduled pick up time after her grooming, we were asked "how are your nursing skills?". Then told that a pit bull "weaseled out of its harness" and attacked my dog- completely unprovoked. Also told that it took 3 people to hit and kick the pit bull off of my dog. But the owner stated "I've seen worse, keep the wound clean and it will save me a vet bill". She handed over peroxide and gauze. Of course, I took my dog immediately to animal hospital. She needed surgery to close the gaping wound on her neck and a drain was inserted! No one from raining cats and dogs even called to check up on her, and when we tried to get them to release information on the pit bull, hoping for vaccination status, they won't give it! Please help us. We don't want this to happen to anyone else! And our vet bill is mounting every day!Desired Settlement: We want the entire vet bill paid. We also want the pit bull reported as being aggressive.
