Primero les dire que la parte cosmética de la instalación es pésima (me gustaría mucho que me cambiaran todo) he visto en mi mismo vecindario y varios de ellos se ven muy bonitos. Segundo cuando les abrí las puertas de mi casa a su representante me ofrecieron unas cuantas cosas que la única que me han honrado hasta ahora a sido los $50 de gift card. Las ollas que me ofrecieron y perdonen mi sinceridad NO SIRVEN, me ofrecieron unas ollas marca LIFETIME que yo entiendo son unas ollas buenísimas. Y así mismo me dijeron y cito "son carísimas, las que cuestan 2,000. y pico" y si conozco de ESAS ollas.. cuando llegaron son una marca que en realidad nunca había escuchado que average cuestan unos $250-$300. con GARANTÍA LIFETIME. Yo soy una persona adulta que me hicieron sentir estupida e ignorante.
Créanme que estoy sumamente molesta, a parte de eso le referí a otra persona y quedaron en darme $100. que todavía es la hora que NO los he recibido. Y tengo más personas interesadas pero NO me da la gana de referirlos a ustedes. No si no veo ningún arreglo que me puedan ofrecer de parte de ustedes. Tampoco quiero que venga la Representante que vino anteriormente con mucho gusto cualquier otro Representante que quiera hablarme bienvenido sea.. Que no trate de cogerme de estupida.
Gracias y aquí estaré esperando que se comuniquen conmigo. Me gustaría me pusieran un zafacon de color claro.

Kelly & Isaiah gave did the water test, they were very courteous. The very next day, Bryant installed the purification system and did a very professional job. Andri cane with the Pure & Gentle products, she was also very courteous and very professional. She explained the products & went over the contract with us. Although the price for the system & products is a bit high, I would recommend it. The water here is very hard, the system, when used properly will save many of our appliances on repairs in the future.

Rebate fraud
was to be given a rebate of the first year of financing contract along with $50 gift card for system install and a boxload of cleaning supplies. System was installed two months ago, I have yet to recieve rebate check. I have tired countless times to contact. Someone answered for the first couple times to assure me check was sent out. I have not recieved it and it appears that no one is anwering calls or emails. I have inquired about legal action towrds this business.

Very shaddy business practice.

I just want my rebate check for the first year along with promised $50 that was writtten in contract.

We purchased a Rainking Water Purification System on 11/05/2019 via home solicitation. The very next day, the system was installed (ignoring the 3 day grace period for cancellation purposes). As part of the contract, we were to receive a 5 year supply of soaps, cleansers and cleaning products, a $200 ***'s Gift Certificate, and a lattice fence to conceal the unit from neighbors. To date, we have not received anything other than a very costly unit and a bill. For months, we called their office weekly and were told the items would be supplied to us shortly. It is now going on 7 months, and still nothing.

We purchased a water purification system from Rainking on 11/5/2019. Along with the system, we were promised a fence to hide the unit, 5 years of soaps, cleaning products & detergents, and a $200 gift card from Lowe's. So far, all we've gotten was the system and a bill. After a reasonable amount of time waiting to receive the additional items, we called weekly to check on the status, but were always given the run around. This system was very expensive, and the promise of the additional items took the edge off the high price. Not receiving these items has made us feel cheated. To resolve the issue, we would like to have the items promised, or the have system removed and a complete refund of the purchase price.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Total scam!!!!!! . Poor lack of ethics

They say there sales people are trained to be the best and they always start by saying there collage students and need to make a sale for cars o pay studies that the same company offers .

I'm not the only one so don't try to say other wise I know people that sales try to sale saying they are offer a cruise if the make sales .how unprofessional. Mine said he could win a car !

Ever since I bought this water sistem I had reported many times during the first 5 months and nobody came they keep telling me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to brush me off it doesn't!!!!! it's been months I don't want this sistem it doesn't work I keep calling in effort to speak to a manager about my situation and make a agreement cant do that either same lady in the phone keeps telling me she will get that to the manager and will call me back !

Nobody never does !

I call back and to make matters worse the same lady asked me if I had a problem with the sistem .like what ????? I spoked to here like 5 times so that ensures me they don't care and it's frustrating for a consumer what type kind of company is this !!!

It's sad to know how many people your company is taking advantage of.
And its only a matter of time for more people to complain and that's sad.
We as consumers are not dumb and we know that we have rights as you as a company .

Since the beginning is a scam .

I tried my best to give this company an opportunity but they gave me all I needed to want to cancel everything

Traing your sells persons to be more honest you don't know what this kind of situation can do to a person mentally total scam .

Financing is a rip-off make sure you get the facts ask what company is financing if it is aqua finance just G it it's a scam they don't have online payments I'm 100% sure you will end up paying to much there very rude ... Just G it you'll thank me later

Make sure sales person leaves evidence signed with all the numbers beacuse you will needed later .

Don't recommend it I live in a newly constructed community and I'll make sure that they don't buy from you .

I purchased the purification system 6/2019 and the system has not worked since 11/2019. Still waiting for service tech to fixe the situation.
I purchased the purification from Rainking 6/21/2019. Sales Rep is Mitch from Raleigh. Finance company Aqua Finance. The issue started 9/19/2019, CALL symbol came up on the screen Mitch said tureen the system and it worked however 11/3/2019 the system stopped working completely. I have all the text messages on my phone. I have several conversations stored on my phone via text messages. Also called the company in Fl., to no avail. As of 1/2020 the message and I quote from text ( ok i'm gonna have tech come out m change the computer board just to be safe.) 2/6/2020 has the head in he's car and going to get a hold of Jacob to change the head out. This is 2/10/2020 and I am still waiting for a call to fixe the system. I am paying for a purification system that has not worked for 3 months. I have also called Aqua finance and they said it is Rainkins responsibility. The price on the system is $4499.00, I am on Social security and resent being taken advantage of. I have requested it be removed or fixed in a timely fashion, 3 months is not a timely fashion. This has been dragging on to long.

get this system fixed or get it out of my house and cancel the loan. I have made several attempts to get this resolved and the tech keeps putting me off. II want an additional 3 months added to the warranty, and my loan reduced.

We bought the system shortly after the closing of our home in July 2018. The system has given us issues since the beginning.
This system as expensive as it is does not work properly we've had to call the company several times because the system was clogging or leaking water all over our garage, the water quality is still not good after installing this su at en we still get orange stains in our shower and signs of hard water on our bathroom tiles. I also think they are overcharging in these systems we paid $7,195 someone needs to investigate these type of shady companies that over price items and prey on older and sick people I was just out of the hospital from major surgery and they sold me on how important it is to have clean water especially for wound healing etc... they promised soaps for 5 years we still haven't received our soaps for last year which would of made our 1 year anniversary. I'm very disappointed with the practices of this company and now we are stuck with an enormous debt for a cheap quality product.

I would like to get a replacement system since it appears this one hasn't really worked since the beginning and has already needed repairs or give me some sort of credit to reduce the purchase price of $7,195 I wish I would of done more research on this company before trusting them in very upset

Installation was quick and everything was explained thoroughly! install was clean recommend it

Sales person after presentation offered 5 year of soap supply, 50 inch TV, 22 pcs cookware set, $50 gift card.

After the presentation we decided to install the service on 9/30/19 today is 11/26/19 and we still waiting on the TV and cookware , I have been calling in multiple times and they keep telling me that will call me back and it never happens, I believe that I gave them enough time to resolve the issue you created for not fulfilling what was promised.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know if they will send me what they promised or they could adjust my bill to reflect the discount they offered me if I did not choose the TV and the pots

The gift card was delivered by our contract signer, Suli. Suli has attempted to contact the customer to deliver the TV but the customer has refused to allow us to come to their home and they were given the option to pick up their promise at the office at their convenience. Soaps as well as pots & pans take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. The soaps were sent out October 24th, 2019 tracking number *** and the pots & pans were delivered November 21st, 2019

On November 11th, 2019, the customer contacted the office and asked if he could refuse the TV as well as the pots & pans for a price adjustment. At this time, the pots and pans were already delivered and the TV had been ready for delivery / pick-up for some time which the customer verbally declined in hopes of a price adjustment. During holiday season, the customer visited the office to pick-up the TV. There were none in stock on that day. On January 6th, 2020 at approximately 4:30 PM the TV was delivered to his home.

We have not had our Rainking system RO system installed and have been unable to get anyone out to our home to help us with it since install.
We had our system installed in early October.We were promised at the tie of sale the following: 1. A visit to select SOAP scents and retest of the water after initial installation (Scheduled for 10/14/19), 2. A $50 *** Gift Card, 3. A Reverse Osmosis system installed in addition to the main purification system, and 4. High quality customer service. The reality is that no one has come back to our home and I was forced to pick SOAP scents over the phone, which I was very uncomfortable doing. We still have not received these items. As of today we have not been able to get our water retested and we are still having similar issues with our water that we had before the system was installed. We need our RO system installed. We need our water re-tested and verification that it is working properly. We are also still waiting for our Soaps and our $50 *** gift card. I have made multiple phone calls, texts, and filled out service requests. We need follow up immediately.

Desired Outcome

1. Retest the water immediately. 2. Making sure the purification system is working properly, we have evidence it is not, we need this done ASAP! 3. RO system installed ASAP! 4. Someone to come by and show us the SOAP option in person and actually make sure we get the items in a timely fashion. 5. The $50*** Gift Card 6. Responsiveness regarding other customer service issues.

I have called, emailed, texted, and filled out online forms since October to get this work done. It is not accurate to state that I have not returned phone calls, the last voicemail I had was in early November. I have repeatedly left messages or attempted to schedule. The break down is the people who answer are not able to schedule with me and the actual maintenance department has never contacted me. I will try again this coming week, but please note that this idea that I am not responding is false. Thank you

As of today, we have not yet collected any form of payment from the customer as we have been unable to contact them for payment as well. They finally did contact me and installed the RO system, but we have not received our promised $50 *** gitt card. Additionally I am still waiting for them to verify that the water filtration is working properly. We are having severe issues with our skin getting irritated from the non-RO water.

Water purification system installed in my home that I want removed.
On August 20, 2019, 2 sales reps came to my door asking if they could test my water. They did testing and tried to convince me I needed their water purification system for my health. I signed the contract and the equipment was installed the next day, before the 3 day grace period to cancel the contract. I told them numerous times I could afford the system as my only source of income is Social Security. The next day another representative came to my house to go over the credit application which I refused to sign. Also, the sales rep lied about my income so I would qualify for the credit. They said I could pay for the system over 5 years at which time I will be 69 years old. The install person came to my house to uninstall the equipment. I told him I may reconsider. Shortly after that I was in contact with the salesman and the company to get the equipment removed, to no avail. The salesman came to my house two days in a row unannounced and I refused to answer the door. He also called me numerous times but I did not answer the phone. I didn't want to see or talk to him since I knew he was not the person who would uninstall the system. Approximately 2-3 weeks ago an officer with the St. Cloud Police Department came to my home. I explained the situation to him. While he was there, he called the sales rep and they came up with a mutually agreed upon day and time (the next day) for the equipment to be uninstalled. No one showed up and I have not received any further communication from the company. I was shown many pictures who supposedly purchases their system and a lot of the were elderly. Apparently, this company preys on senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

All I want is removal of the equipment at my house and afterwards have no contact from this company or salesman. I need to be able to put this extremely stressful situation behind me.

Loved the way it was explain to me, the installer was excellent, and suli was great very professional, and broke down every deal of the financial status with me.

I loved how detail they did the demonstration, and how quick they took care of everything. Silo did a great job explaining all the financial details and making sure it was all taken care for me

I recommend to use Rainking purification system, good for u and for ur love ones.
