I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. 
However, it is important for me to point out that the company never contacted me to turn on my service, I had to call them. I did in fact get my refund check, which seemed to be sent out only after I contacted your office.

Fixed a leak in my crawlspace today. Only took an hour, even though there was only 3 feet of clearance.
