In regards to the complaint against our company, ref # [redacted] , we did issue a refund check for the amount of $on July 20, The customer failed to inform you that when I contacted her about setting up an appointment for her system to be turned on and tested she realized she forgot she paid for our services and had a diffierent company do the work, that is when she demanded a refundIncluded is a copy of the check stub for the refund check, if you have any other questions feel free to contact me.Tammie M [redacted] Rainmakers, Inc
