I too had an unpleasant experience with this company in that I was charged thousands of dollars over several months for a website that was supposed to take less than two months to complete After a VERY long period of time I decided to take my business elsewhere and only received a partial refund after threatening legal action against the companyIn fairness, I should have received a full refund, but decided it would have been more costly to fight it in courtThis company knew that and took advantage of this fact What a poor way to do business and knowingly cheat people out of their moneyLet the buyer beware!!

I am rejecting this response because:
Rainman did NOT...

give our company an operational website and I can send a copy of the entire website if needed to prove it. I hired a different, more knowledgeable website consultant, and his professional opinion, which he is willing to send an affidavit stating, is that the website that Rainman worked on for over a year (which again, I was told should take 6 weeks and I always answered Rainman's questions in a timely manner which all emails will prove) was only 60% complete at best. This company is not trustworthy and owes me my money back. I originally only wanted 60% of my money, trying to be fair and reasonable; however, since this company refuses to work with me, and they continue to lie about their product, I am requesting all of my money back as a refund. The owner has been through the court process before being found guilty by the federal government for fraud, and this is another case of [redacted] cheating. It is in the publics best interest that Rainman's poor business practices be held accountable, or at the very least, have a spotlight shown on this company so the public does not make the same mistake I made.
