I am sorry that Mr*** feels the way he does, however, to be quite frank there is nothing misleading about the postcard at allWe employ neighborhood hostesses that stop by new homeowners, offering a welcome gift and a free water testIf
they are not home we send out two cardsA notice card and a final notice card, which says that the neighborhood hostess missed you and to please callOur name appears on one side of the card and our phone number on the otherIf Mr***'s card did not have our name on it, that could have only been a printing error as we have used the same cards for the last five years

Review: I purchased a water treatment system from this company in October 2008. I relocated to another home and had to have the system relocated. I was charged $670.00 to have the system moved, which I paid in full. The system was relocated to my new residence. I consistently had the system maintained (as required according to Rainsoft) and was charged no less than $200 (more in some cases) to have the system tuneup. Recently during the cold spell 2 pipes burst on the system and I had to have them replaced. It was at this time that I learned that the system did not service my house but instead was connected ONLY to my pool house. So for 3 years Rainsoft has come out and charged me to maintain a system that was not being used because the pool house is unoccupied. For 3 years I believed that I was receiving softened water to my residence when in fact I was not. I contacted the company several times only to get a bunch od excuses by "the secretary" [redacted]. She would never allow me to talk with someone, only referring to "her boss', stating she would really the message. After several calls and several galloons of wasted water (due to the 2 separate busted pipes) someone by the name of [redacted] returned my calls. [redacted] came to my residence and personally observed that the system was not servicing my residence. As of this date I have not received any answer or solution to this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the system CORRECTLY installed at Rainsoft's expense. I also would like a refund for the charges to maintained tuneup the system which obviously was not functioning as it should have been.
