Raintite Seamless Gutters

Downspout does not deflect water to inspectors satisfaction. Raintite refuse to cover workmanship after 3 years on 20 year warranty.All I want is for a technician to evaluate the work that was done and give me a written notice to saying that the gutters work as they are designed and no repair is required. I have the person who answered the phone the opportunity to do that and he would not dispatch anyone without charging me $50 for a service call. We've already paid $1570 for the work that was done, that should be enough.Desired SettlementGive me an invoice that says the item does not require attention/repair or fix it without charge. The complaint was filed by his son, who does not own the home. We contacted the owner, [redacted]., on April 30, 2015, and he advised that he did not have a problem with the downspouts we installed in 2012. We asked him if we could come by to see which downspout his son was saying the "inspector" noted was a problem. He laughed and said "Come on by". We went by his home on Friday, May 1, and he again stated that he did not have a problem with our work. Because Mr. [redacted], was very polite during all of our contact with him, we decided to install a black pipe extension on two of his downspouts at no charge. This was done as a courtesy only since is not something we normally do. We explained to the son when he called that the 20 year warranty is a manufacturer's warrant on the color of the gutters only. We also explained to him that our gutter installation only involves bringing all downspouts to ground level. It is up to the homeowner to install any black pipe or splash blocks to divert water away from the foundation of the house. If a homeowner specifically requests these items be included in the estimate we can include them in the installation. This situation had nothing to do with our workmanship. These items were not requested, or included, in our contract with Mr. [redacted]
