I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We had a fire at a property that we own in [redacted]. Some slight damage occurred to a hard top for a [redacted]. The Raintree estimate for repair was $1900 way beyond what they had suggested it might be over the phone ( between 700 and 900 dollars ).
They are good at what they do, but this quote was way out of line.

Review: My car was in a traffic collision on July 27th, 2015. The day after the accident I took my car to the Honda dealership where I bought my car (new). They directed me to go to Raintree Auto Body Inc. I got the car to Raintree on the July 28th. I was left in the dark, the people at this company were not concerned with me, they seemed to just want to make a quick buck. When they first said the car was ready on the 20th of August, I found many things wrong with the car. Items that should have been repaired from the accident as well as new damage. The left mirror had a chip in it, there were scratches on both sides of the car, all three of my rear windows had new problems that were not there before the accident, and along the floor of the passenger side door it is now disfigured compared to the drivers side.

I gave them my car back to take care of the issues and [redacted] who worked my claim said for the inconvenience the company would cover the issues at hand... liar. [redacted] lied to me in front of my father and my sister. [redacted] actually wound up calling the insurance company and resubmitted the claim to cover the existing damages for the car. I know this because I received a call from [redacted] denying the scratches to the doors

(I have taken that up with them). [redacted] then called me to tell me they couldn't cover the scratches either, I ignored it because I will be taking another coarse of action for the scratches to my car. I then received a call from [redacted] saying my car was ready for pickup on August 26th, nearly a week later. The left side mirror was fixed and one of the three windows were fixed, that was all.

I needed my car at that point for school and basic travel so I took it home. Once I got the car home I did a head to toe of the car and found more damage caused by Raintree while they had the car in their possession. On the back left rim there is a grind mark now. So all in all Raintree didn't only fall short of their fiduciary responsibilities to properly repair my vehicle, but they also managed to damage it even further.Desired Settlement: I believe the business has a fiduciary responsibility to fix my car to it's pre accident state, which they have yet to accomplish. They should also take responsibility and fix the damages they caused to my vehicle while in their possession.
