There are two women that work there. The one girl that sits across from the door is very nice. The other woman is very rude. While I was getting a quote she was on the phone with I think a customer age very rude not only to the person on the phone, when she put the person on hold she made very derogatory comments regarding the person on the phone. After she was odd the phone the girl helping me asked her a question, and the woman went off on her she was very degrading to her Coworker, you could see that the girl helping me wanted to cry. I would not recommend this place to people if that woman is working there, disrespectful behavior to customers and coworkers is very unprofessional.

I've been a customer since 2009 but recently cancelled my policy and went with a different agent after two very poor customer service experiences this year. I faxed my request to cancel my policy on September 1st 2015 I requested follow up. Didn't hear back from anyone so I called on September 8th, one week later. My request had not been processes. In fact Milly told me they never received the fax even though I had a receipt from [redacted] stating the fax went through "ok". I tried to explain this to Milly but she said there was nothing she could do.
I re-faxed my request from [redacted] on September 10th. [redacted] tried to fax 3 times but none of the faxes would go through due to Rainwaters fax being off line. That's what the receipt from [redacted] stated.
I called Milly to explain the issue with the fax machine and asked if there was any other way to submit a cancellation request, possibly via email. Milly was extremely rude and said the fax machine was working just fine it must be an operator error and there is no other way to submit a cancellation request, fax was the only way they allowed.
I waited a few more days and re-faxed the cancellation request on September 14th. I called on the 15th and spoke with Jasmin. Jasmin confirmed she received the fax and processed the cancellation. I then requested to change my address on file for any refunds that might be coming to me. Jasmin explained that since I cancelled my policy 5 minutes ago she couldn't change my address any longer. After speaking with Jasmin I called the insurance company's customer service center and they were able to change my address without any issues.
DO NOT TRUST THIS INSURANCE OFFICE. JASMIN GIVES FALSE INFORMATION. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
