Why was I asked to bring the paperwork in if you weren't planning on giving me back my money? There's evidence of your sneaky antics right there.Glad I asked to verify before I went into your shop only to get harassed yet again.Shall we continue this back and forth or will you just give me my money back?Dont you realize that I cannot trust anything said or done from your place of business?I have been cursed at, before an issue was even stated, called a liar about what happened, and yall even questioned my character! Now, your blaming me for breaking a "brand new" transmission and then expect me to trust yalls work on a vehicle y'all don't want to fixNo way!!!! Stop harassing me and just be done with thisI very reasonably just want the $back and we go our seperate ways Regards, [redacted]

I would like some clarification on the resolutionPlease confirm on the following:I will take you the paperwork I was given and you will return to me the $1,cash Regards, [redacted]

When the customer first brought in the Jaguar ,it had a major transmission issue ,so burnt up it would barely move ! We told the customer what was wrong with it ,and that the transmission was badly damaged and we rebuilt it .The trans worked fine when we released it to him and after a few days or more he brought it back saying it wasn't working right We checked it out and saw it had a torque converter solenoid [electrical ] problem ,which we fixed and replaced his solenoids but ,this problem was in his wiring harness ,which we don't normally do ,because the solenoids are in the inside of trans and the wire harness is on the outside of the trans and not a part of the trans rebuild ,but we told them we would try to help them and find the wire that was bad .WE actually found several wires that were bad and tried to fix all of them that we could but his wiring harness was to badly damaged to make it work, and it looked like mice and rats had been chewing on the wires ,causing the trans original damage too ! We tried to find a wire harness to fix it through Jaguar and all the auto parts stores ,but nobody had one ,so we informed the customer of the issue and let him no he needed to get those wires replaced or a harness made by a company that does that .In tracing and repairing some of the wires that were damaged ,my company spent at least a weeks worth of work ,that we didn't charge the customer for ,trying to help ! That comes to at least $at $an hour for electrical diagnosis at most shops and higher at most dealerships ! We helped him all we could ,and now someone else in the wire harness business is what they need ! THANK YOU , [redacted]

When she returned the next day after her transmission repair to our facility ,she was still able to drive her truck ! Her truck had a new code in it for the throttle control sensor ! When we repaired her transmission ,the truck transmission would not pull the truck ,or move it .We totally fixed that issue and rebuilt her transmission ,and it worked perfect ! This throttle control sensor was a whole new problem !We informed her of what it was and that it was not the trans ,and that there would be a charge to fix it ,she approved it and we repaired that particular sensor She picked it up and we didn't hear fromher forto days or more and she said she was in San Antonio and tht her truck was not running right and I told her that it soundedlike the other throttle pedal sensor was out because her motor wouldn't produce any power to climb a big hill .she was asking me what do I do ,where do I go and I tried to help her all that I could and told her I would try to find a good shop for her ,but couldn't ,not knowing San Antonio after looking for hours for Her So I called her back and told her to try that dealer ship ,because she was there and were in Fort WORTH and not feasible to tow it back to here ,due to cost ,about 1200.dollars and I told her id try to help her more but that our warranty is only good at our shop She took it to the dealersip and it tookn them two days to make a guess at whats wrong with her truck and ageerd the throttle was not working properly , but also told her only that they thought she had a transmission issue .So they convinced her they had a trans issue and pulled trans out ,and said it was damaged bad ,so I talked to the service manager and said I would like to see the damaged trans parts , and to send me some pics please he did and none of thse pics showed damaged trans parts ,which leads me to believe that he sold her atrans she didn't need and repaired the throttle pedal sensor cheaply and with no one being the wiser unfortunately this was out of my hands and I tried to help the best I could but I did her honestly and the dealer ship took advantage of her being out of town by herself .None of this is my blame ,I did all I could !

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
*** ***I will absolutely not except Mr***s response as it is completely unsatisfactory and untrueThe first time I heard from Mr*** was when he called me and stated that the torque converter was completely damaged and would have to be replacedWe talked about price, he added from to to the price that he had quoted me for the rebuild of the transmission onlyI asked him if this would completely fix my problem and he agreed that it would. The next day I returned the truck because it was trying to accelerate on its own when you came to a stop at intersection light or stop signThat particular problem was not present beforethe only problem the truck had was transmission getting stuck in second gearMr*** had a very bad attitude because I was bringing the truck back as they failed to fix it properly and told me he would check it out. This should have been my first warning that he was not happy with customers coming back. As I waited there for him to provide the service that he offersa courtesy ride, another came into office area complaining that they just fixed his transmission and it was leaking oil in his drive wayI should have seen this as my second warningI waited over min because he was not Savvy enough to find a taxi or uber so offered that his employee would take me homeMy third warning was getting into his employees truck and he had to breathe into a breathalyzer machine to start the truckI asked why and what was that? he told me he had been caught DUIIt made me wonder if he's employee was going to work sober and knew what he was doing when working on cars. I received a call from Mr*** the next day and he stated that they were going to replace a transmission throttle sensor and that should fix the problem. I told him I hope that because I did not have money to be guesstimating on problemHe told me they were just going to have to go through the truck and check different parts on it because my codes were not reading To date, The codes don't read as they have been disconnected from the computer before I bought the truckI can get an affidavit from original owner stating this informationI do not understand where Mr*** got a mystery code for throttle control as he states in his response. I feel that a transmission rebuild, torque convertor and throttle control sensor being changed out because the truck was getting stuck in second gear was a way for Mr *** to take advantage and over charge me and put same parts in my truck. A few days later driving to San Antonio The truck broke down and this was the third repair since it was repair. I have all the receipts, texts and parts for inspectionWhich Mr *** had never seen like he requestedI also have the Dodge dealership in San Antonio affidavit from the mechanic and service manager stating what was wrong with truckIncluded I have the recording from dealership with *** and service manger as dealership records all calls. Mr*** never addressed the throttle pedal as he states in response with me or service manger as you will hear in recording. The only thing Mr *** told me when I was stranded for hours was it sounded like it needed more transmission fluid because it could have leaked it out of leaked it out through radiator and for me to check the fluid level and I did as instructed and called him back and told him fluid was fullThere was never a motor problem nor a pedal issue as he states as that was ever replaced by the Dodge dealership and my truck has been working perfectly since it was repaired correctly with new transmission parts. After I let Mr*** Know that the only dealership I could tow my truck to was the Dodge dealership which was only one exit ahead of me as I had looked up transmission placesHe informed me that that was a very expensive place and that he would look for a place where I could take the truck, so I waited for him to call me backHe never talk to me about towing the truck back to his place of business nor did he ever tell me that the warranty was only in Fort Worth which to me is invalid because people do travel and do not only stay in Fort Worth. As information for Mr *** the dealership does not guess on their work and the repairs are warranted wherever you goThey have no reason to take advantage of ripping off people like mom and pop shops do. It only took the dealership a few hours after it was my turn in stall to find out it was having transmission problemsI called Mr*** and he did not want to authorize them to take the transmission down because it would cost too much money. That's when he decided to talk to the service manager and tried to tell him what to replace on it but the service manager told him that that was not the problem, the problem was the transmission rebuilt had same old parts torque converter was causing the majority of the problem and needed to be replacedMr*** in formed the service manager that his shop rebuilt the transmission and torque converterThe service manager informed Mr*** that the Torque convertor could not be rebuilt because it is a part that needs to be exchanged out and you can not break them open and fix themMr*** Informed the service manager that he had a person that would break them open rebuild them and weld them back together. The service manager told him that the torque converter was bad and had to be replacedHe also informed Mr*** that the transmission parts were worn there was no way that they had put a rebuilt kit into that transmissionI have parts and picturesThat's when Mr*** got upset and asked for all the parts taken off to be brought back his inspectionI still have all the parts and all the pictures and affidavits notarized from the Dodge dealershipAs you will see in the invoices sent and affidavits and recordings that nothing is ever mentioned about a pedal sensor and nor did he ever set up a date to see parts he requestedI never mentioned to dealership what was wrong with truck, I didn't know myself I'm not a mechanic but I knew that Mr *** did not fix it properly as it did same thing as before. As to the response that the dealership sold meThe dealership is not ignorant to charge me for something that was not neededMr *** is now speculating as trying to blame the dealership for bad work and cheating customers with same original part that have been rigged up just to work until warranty runs outThe dealership would not even replace parts with after Market parts because they cannot guarantee. After the new rebuilt was done and torque convertor replaced I have not had a problem with the truck and having been travel every month out of state for work. Mr*** has never returned my attorneys calls for the inspection of the partsMy attorney has all text messages, invoices and recordings that I can send to Revdex.com so they can see the difference in his responses. In a texts mr*** informs me that after he talks to corporate they may decide to give me my money back and they will would like for him to inspect partsI have asked Mr*** several times for corporate's phone number so my attorney could talk to his attorney about this issue because it is an issue that can be solved with Mr*** business insuranceTo date, he has never offered that information nor set up an inspection dateI have sat in my attorneys office when she has called Mr*** and he answers the phone and uses a phony name of John and says Mr*** is not in when I know it's perfectly him because I know his voice by nowHe has received all the paperwork and demand letter from my attorney via fax and over calls and has never returned a single call or corporate attorney responseAs a business person, I know perfectly well that if you are not responsible for bad work your shop performs then you do not Dodge or hide out from returning a callI have tried to settle this matter with Mr*** peacefullyI have hired an attorney to call and send letters to him and he has not returned any of those responses and callsI contacted the Revdex.com to help me with this matter but if this matter is not settled our next step will be to go to court and I will add all attorneys fees plus a percentage for being out of all this moneyMr *** is a person who likes to play games and blame other people for his dirty work and ripping people offMr*** is 100% liable for not fixing the truck properly and having it break down a few days later after the third fix

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I feel that when my truck was taken in to *** shop it should have been fixed correctly the first time and/or second time. It took a 3rd party to fix it one time with the repairs rainwaiter did and the truck was in working condition and it only took one time. I am tired of going back and forth with she did and he did and see this issue is not going to be resolved in a peacefully manner and the story has changedI think it is better to resolve in a court of law where all the evidence including texts receipts, affidavits and recordings. He is responsible for any and all repairs done in his shop. I would also like the address, phone no., and attorney in charge at corporate office in order for my attorney to contact him. *** cant just say his parts were not new or faulty when he has make no opportunity to set up an inspection with our firm. everything he is saying is hearsay. I do have all the documentation and witness to continue this case in court. Because *** does not want to even compromise I am letting him know that It will be more expensive because I will ask for court cost, attorneys fees, and all fees to bring witness to court.

Please do not insult me any further as I am not creating a fictitious storyI submitted this complaint because I was wrongfully treated.First u said weeks, now or 8? Incorrect. And now that I agreed to IMMEDIATELY change the title into my name?! No I didn't.And you also claimed my allegations against ur employee are false!!? Theres was even more disrespect that I didn't even mention. Please verify your statements are true before submitting them to the Revdex.com, as I have.No need to further insult me or my integrity.Bottom line is, you do not treat anyone the way I was treated and I would simply like my $back. I do not wish to do business with y'all as I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life.

We feelthis complaint is unjustified for several reasons !Most of *** accusations are !And there are three witnesses that can vouch for that .Starting with him being told to move his *** car ,also claiming ***ny poked him in his chest and got in his face !Truth is ***ny ask
him to move his car times and *** refused ,preventing *** *** and myself from backing out of the shop and getting our customers car to them, hindering shop operations ! *** finally removed his car after I asked him ,and told him Iwould try to help himwith his car issue to resolve the matter .Never was he poked in the chest by ***ny ! He gave his name nd phone number to ***ny and left ,and was told we'd try to help him ,although he's had the car for over weeks and ,was supposed to change the car to his name after buying the car .We are still willing to help *** and resolve this matter . sincerely ,*** ***

*** ,this is *** *** and I am still willing to help you .Give me some time to take this car transmission out and fix that ,and I'lldo that at no charge *** ,to try to resolve this !

We are not going to pay you for destroying the transmission and driving the car illegally for several weeks *** ! you had no warranty either ,so please cease and desist !

Okay *** ,get me the paper work I gave you to put the car in your name and I personally will help you with this car repair ! ***ny is not in good health and in the hospital,so I will help you all I can . SINCERLY ,*** ***Tell us why here

To even further my disatisfaction with the business, the business is now claiming my statement was false? I'm sorry on your past experiences that might make you think I am just after your company or employees, but I would rather being doing anything else other than having to file a complaint for being mistreated to that extremeWhy would I go through this trouble to make statements?!? I don't understand the logic behind that. I would like to think that the owner of this business would not want his customers being treated that way, for any reason at allI really felt as if ***ny wanted to fight me, especially after getting in my face when I asked him why did he have such an attitude with me? I did not "refuse" to move my carTo me, it was just some guy yelling at me for no reason, so I wanted to hurry inside for my safety and to avoid further altercationHe did not introduce himself or anything identifying him as an employee of the business. I was just trying to speak to someone who worked thereI had no intention to block anyone or anything in as you made it seemI would hate to cause someone to be upset with me in any way shape or formI am a rational person and strive to avoid altercations at all costs through a very important tool called communication, not violence as *** seemed to be hoping for. I am a very logical empathetic person and very surprised that this has happened to meI would never wish this experience on anyoneOn top of everything you want to add that I am making claims? WowTruly appalled at the way this is going. I just want my $and you can keep the car

In response to the rejection of my last response , I must say that the customer must not have read your rules on how to respond ,going so far as to say I'm a man who likes to cheat people out of their money ,and several other things ,such as I was very rude to her but {gave her a free ride home twice }and that we repaired her vehicle times when it was only here times for different repairs ! Her truck was having a throttle issue last time it was in ourshop and we replaced the pedal throttle sensor on the inside of her truck .That had fixed the throttle problem that day and we were also keenly aware that there was anothersensor on the throttle that goes out sometimes also ,but it had checked out good ! I had told her it was the throttle pedal sensor on the last repair and she agreed to pay for it,and she took her truck and we didn't hearnoyhing back for about a weekwhen she went down to San Antonio and her truck acted like the throttle sensor was out under the hood of the truck ,a totally different sensor with the same symptoms as the sensor we replaced I told her that's probably what the truck problem was ,and I did try to help her find a good shop there and the dealer was the closest reputable shop near her . I talked to the service manager and he told me the trucks throttle was not working right also andthat the truck wouldn't accelerate correccttly .I talked to him for a couple of days and the last time I talked to him he said he didn't know what was wrong with the truck ! NEXT THING I KNOW ,she calls me and tells me the dealer is taking out her transmission because theythought it had a problem , that's when Iknew he was not being honest and trying to sell her what she didn't need ,because we completely rebuilt it In a day or so I getva call and the dealer and he said the trans had damage ,and I ask him to send me pics ,and he did ,I saw no parts bad in that transAnd I do have a manager named John here and tne paper work she sent me was so small ,even enlarged I could not read it I did tell her warranty was good only at our shop but she was nt willing to get it here so we could fix it under warranty ,if it was the transmiassion ,and I did all I could do forher and the corporate office feels no obligation in this case , THANK YOU

I just called rainwater to try to resolve this issue, unfortunately, ***ny answered and as soon as he realized who I was went back to speaking the way he previously did. I just want this to be over, which is the reason that I called to try to resolve this issue as the Internet method hasn't been getting me anywhere. how are u going to resolve this issue?

*** *** bought the Honda Civic as is ,and failed to put the car in his name after or weeks of driving it ,and wants to claim that we're the dishonest party here!He was supposed to immediately change the car over to his name ,and I trusted him to do so ,which he did not .I have offered to try to help him with his repairs to resolve this issue ,and that's seems more than fair ,being as there was no warranty on the car ! SINCERILY, *** *** ,President of Rainwater Transmission LLC,

I would like some clarification on the resolution. Please confirm on the following:I will take you the paperwork I was given and you will return to me the $1,cash. Regards,
