WHAT??? REALLY???
I was having problems with the clutch on my truck. I called Rainwater Transmission on Friday, August 28, and David told they had a lift free and would be able to fix it same day, they would have it done before they closed that evening. He asked if I needed a tow truck but I told him I had a friend who could tow it in for me. Greatly releaved, I called my friend to ask for a tow. He said he couldn't tow me because HIS truck was in the shop. Of course, I asked what was wrong with it and he told me he had had his transmission worked on but it wasn't working right, so he took it back to the transmission shop since it was still under warranty. He said his truck had been sitting at the shop for about a week and they were so backed up they didn't have a free lift and didn't have time to even look at the truck. I let him know that Rainwater had a free lift and was waiting for my truck. They could probably get him in and out. I asked who his warranty was with. I nearly fell out of my chair when he said, "RAINWATER TRANSMISSIONS". REALLY? If they are more than a week backed up, WHY, HOW can they promise to have my truck out the same day? This friend of mine has a business and needs that truck for his income. WOW! Something's wrong, here. David made at least 5 calls to see when my truck was going to be arriving at the shop. Some of those calls ended up going to voicemail, so I have proof of what I'm saying. When I answered the phone, I told him he probably needed to take care of my friend's truck before mine because he uses his truck for business and I have another truck I can borrow. Man, oh, man! He came unglued all over me, telling me he didn't like playing games and how poorly I represented the human race (not his exact words). So, warranty work sits on the back burner, regardless of the cost to the customer while they take on new work? That's not a game? Then what it it? I am sure glad I sidestepped that one!

I ASKED how is it possible 2 quarts transmissions do not BURN Fluid like an Engine!

???

RAINWATERS said why dId u not bring it in if u had a leak?

I said leaks I use this truck for work back and forth, I would notice on the payment if it had a leak where I park.

How would I know its leaking.

I take my truck to get oil changes every 3 months and they check my fluids and they never mentioned it was short fluid.

RAINWATERS then said we will have to lift it in the air and check where its leaking from and get me a price on this.

Will call u back later today.
