Customer had called and sappointment for Friday April 21st from 1- The appointment was for tuand backflow test While there per customer request we also added extenders to sprays to make taller.I have attached a copy of the work order which was signed by Andrea Jackson as well as the payment for the appointment We did turn on the system and we did turn in payment with the backflow test to StLouis County. We did everything we were suppose to do If we were not told to do the turn on or backflow test then why would Andrea Jackson sign the work order and have us do the work? We have done their turn on since

I did speak with Ms*** several times and advised that it clearly states at bottom of form that All PACKAGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE TO NEW OWNER. She didn't like that answer and wanted to speak with ***. So to say I never spoke with her is false.I have attached
the form the customer sends in payment with which shows the above statement.*** advised to go ahead and send reimbursement payment. Thank you

We had system put in and they did excellent job, you cant even tell they were in our yardEveryone with the company I have been in contact has been very niceI would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for sprinkler system

On April 21, a Rainworks worker opened our sprinkler system for the summerWithout being asked to, he did a back flow testHe reported that our system failed the testHe also said that Rainworks does not remedy such a failureThe charge for the test was $
We called *** *** for helpIts worker did another back flow testHe reported that the system was fineThe charge was $

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/11/20) */
First of all customer never called to say system was not working after we turned onWe would have had a service call done if that was the case and we have no notice a service call being issued for that problemCustomer did call and I did email
her a copy of the backflow reportshe responded back that she had received the reportThe email with her response has been printed and kept on file in customer recordthe same day she spoke with office manager the report was emailed
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We didn't report the system was not working because I did not bother to call since we had a lot of rain this year
I called five times to get the test reportThe first four times I talked to a lady named like ***who never sent me the reportthe last #5time a different lady name *** answered the phone and she sent me our test report on the same day
We received at least two notice from St Louis county to requrest backflow test reportsThe last one from Oct even with a warning to stop waterAfter multiple phone calls and a lot of distress, Finally we did receive the reportbut that does not solve the poor service from previou calls (over months of period) which seemed not even be documented in their system
if needed, I can find the notice and warning from St Louis county which was dated back several months agoi called right after I receive the notice

I have used this company for the last years for Lawn Irrigation services for my houseThis year I have scheduled the Tuand Backflow inspection for the system for the morning of April The technician was supposed to arrive between and am, and I was told that I will be the first customerThe technician was late, arriving at my door at 9:am and starting the work a few minutes afterI have called the company and spoke with the office manager, Linda WilgaI have told her that this is unacceptable, because it is not the first time when the technicians are arriving late for the service, since it has happened in previous yearsThey have provided excuses related to the trafficTraffic cannot be bad all the time and in every year! And from other complaints on this Revdex.com site, one can see that other customers had the same issues in the past, which points to a general behavior of the company and not an isolated incidentCustomer service is also bad, they are sort of passive-aggressive, explaining you why they were lateI have told them I am taking time form work and I should bill their company for the time I am missing from work for their delaysI cannot understand how such a company can still have an A+ rating from Revdex.com, after such consistent complaints?!

The customer made the appointment for a turn on and backflow test to be done. The same thing was done in 2016. If there was any concern regarding the backflow test she didnt express that to the service tech nor did she call into the office. If something were said to the service tech at that time the backflow report wouldn't have been charged to her and we wouldn't have turned the backflow report into St Louis county. The backflow report is something that St Louis County requires yearly when you have an Irrigation System.Backflow test are dollarsApparently we were correct with the backflow failing because otherwise to have another company do a backflow test it would not cost over 300.00.If you have any other questions or need any other documentation please let me know.Thank You

I paid $in December for Sprinkler services Company has no-showed on consecutive appointments No phone calls have been made to me at any point

My name is *** *** and I am filing this complaint on behalf of the estate of my mother-in-law *** ***.  My mother in law passed away and I have been handling all of her mail and all of her property maintenance In mid February, I received a letter from Rainworks Irrigation saying it was time to sign up for sprinkler service Not knowing which company she used in the past, I assumed this was the previous company and sent them a payment for $and a signed contract on 2/22/ A few weeks later, we sold the property this service was for and I called back the office to let them know of the ownership change but had to leave a message I never received a call back and when I called back again, I was told my phone number was not clear on the voicemail However, all of my contact information was on the form I sent out We set up service for 4/
When the property was close to closing, I learned Rainworks was indeed not the company she had used for pri

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The response is not satisfactory. My wife made the appointment. She did not order a back-flow test. Moreover, she did not see the work order until after the back-flow test was done. I would like to arbitrate the dispute.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
