Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately before servicing with rairdon of Kirkland no issues were present with my carOnly after being there for four hours was anything completedThey were the last to touch the car and unfortunately since they did not report an issue until hours into the process it is clear that they are the causeIf they want to settle it between locations I would be happy to receive this service at another location since this one is faulty in their servicesSo if rairdon of Kirkland would like to resolve they need to contact their Arlington branch and set it up because I'm not going to be the middle man in a blame game that Kirkland should lose Sincerely, [redacted]

It appears that the customer opted for a "powertrain only" extended service contract. We are in the process of determining if any errors were made by the service contract company relating to claims. Should any errors be discovered, we will work to rectify this issue

contacted customer 12/20/Advised him that Rairdons of Marysville will be taking care of his concerns, apologized to the customer for time frame this has been going onadvised him we have ordered the new oil pan and will contact him when it arrives for installation , he stated he was satisified with rairdons of Marysville taking care of the situation

Mr*** purchased his vehicle “as-is,” without purchasing an extended warranty. He was aware that any future repairs or maintenance would be his sole responsibility. After miles, any vehicle may need to have maintenance or repairs performedIf Mr*** would like, we would
gladly provide him with an estimate for having repairs or maintenance performed at our facility. All parties to whom the trade vehicle was registered have released their interests in it

The contract purchased by our customer is valid, and covered components are as described and agreed to in the contract. Some items, such as maintenance items and the replacement of wear and tear items or glow plugs are not covered under this policy, which is very common in the case of extended service contracts

We understand that Mr*** is frustrated. However Riardon's Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland did not perform any work on Mr***'s vehicle. Please see attached Repair Order that notes he would be taking back to the repair shop that completed his last oil
change. Upon researching this complaint, it was discovered Mr*** purchased his vehicle from Rairdon's Chrysler in Marysville and has been having his vehicle serviced at that location. While the dealerships have the same owner, we are separate entities. Any issues Mr*** has with his vehicle will need to be address with the dealership in Marysville. Please mark this incident as completed with Rairdon's Chrysler Jeep in Kirkland. Regards, Kevin G***General Manager
