We have reached out to our customer and informed him that he can purchase this car without the extra protective policies on this car even when it does state on our website "Washington residents only". [redacted] our GSM has been in email communication with him. In his complaint...

which he states was Larry as his last contact was actually Brian H[redacted] who was trying to help while Larry was off that day. All Brian did was send him a CRM printed proposal that had the same protective policies we offer everyone. They are clearly optional and the price was exactly as advertised. We have made a effort into satisfying this customers request and still the customer has not purchased the car. Mitch R[redacted]
