We were hired to install a new air conditioning condenser and indoor coil, only ,attached to the existing electric, plumbing and sheet metal, we did not install the circuit to the condenser, the disconnect is amps the wire is ampsWe were not hired for electrical installation. On the day that I arrived at ? I did have contact with her and she knew I was was coming then, what I found was an AC condenser packed with dirt and mulch which I cleaned the fuse was blown because of the obstructions, yes it did get hot due to this and I discounted this service call from some where around $to $because Mrs [redacted] explained that they had huge issues with the purchase of the home and the seller, maintenance is not covered under warrantyWe finished cleaning and observing the unit and I gave the husband the invoice, he said his wife just left with the check book and he would mail the checkI did not cause the unit to be dirty, and I also have not seen the building inspectors report on the scope of work that we have performed, nor have I been paidIn my opinion and in the opinion of my helper that day, I quote (***) you are not getting payment for that boss! After hearing the [redacted] bad mouthing the sellers work, and the basement company's work , asking my opinion on how they could get the seller or the warranty company to pay for work performed. It's funny how my second attempt to collect this debt that the Revdex.com would be involved there afterI have had years of unrivaled ,quality service in this tradeAfter checking the specs on this unit lbs of refrigerant, is more than its capacity , therefore it wouldn't have ran at all, and now it is over charged

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI would like to start of by mentioning that not only were negative comments made in regards to the waterproofing work done on my basement(by the sellers of the home per our buyers contract) by my husband and I but Mr*** was the one who initiated the conversation asking if we did that ourselves and when we responded no, he started the bad mouthing the work that was doneSecondly, I would just like to reiterate that the ac unit didn't work right off the batWhether there was debree or not there was zero coolant in the ac unitZeroThus the need for coolant to be put inThat would only mean that when the ac unit was installed it was left with not enough coolant to run sufficiently.
We had every intention of paying Mr***But, after the ac unit running for a week and then blowing again and calling my home warranty company to come look at it I was advised not to pay him because according to the receipt he changed the fuse in the fuse box outsideI have included a picture of sed fusesAnd I was informed my my home warranty ac professional that those were not newMr*** mentioned that there was a "cotton-like" substance on our coil and that it would need to be taken apart and cleanedQuoting us somewhere in the $rangeAccording the my home warranty professional there was nothing wrong with my coilThat it was dirty but not nearly dirty enough to warrant a full scale cleaningEspecially being that it was only months old at that point.
Also, we did not know Mr*** was coming at roughly 5pmWhen I spoke to him the night before he said he would call me in the morning and let me know what time he would be thereWhen I hadn't heard from him by 12:I called him again and he told me by 3pmWhen 3pm came and passed he called me and said he would be there eventually, that he had some things to finish upHe then arrived around 5pm.
I have also included in the pictures the valves for the coolantThey do not have locking capsWhich, according to my home warranty company, it's against county codeAnd should have been done at installation

After I arrived and seen the pressures on the gauges, wasn't equalizing, which tells me there was something blocking air flow across the coil, I was curious about how the concrete had been cut , because of the dust issue. the coil needed to be removed to expose the underside to see the dirt, the refrigerant levels, temperatures and pressures were satisfactory upon completion of this install. the FUSE is located in the condenser, not in the disconnect, which my associate changed. the warranty company is not the authority, therefore this is hear say.  I have not received a copy of the inspection report from the proper  inspections department. we are a service business we do not know how long each job will take to finish so we have a 4 hour window usually, when I called the owner and said I was coming she did not tell me not to come, so I came around 5 pm, if it was to late she didn't say so. the locking caps we did not receive the updated revision  of this code until 5/4/16 therefore it did not get the caps, we now stock theses caps. as far as the warranty for the unit, I sold the unit to the previous owner, and did not give them a transferable warranty,I responded to the said residence with intentions of covering any warranty issues, which was not the case in my opinion, therefore there is a balance due of $104.40.

day that I arrived at 5 ? I did have contact with her and she knew I was was coming then, what I found was an AC condenser packed with dirt and mulch which I cleaned the fuse was blown because of the obstructions, yes it did get hot due to this and I discounted this service call from some where around $144.00 to $104.00 because Mrs [redacted] explained that they had huge issues with the purchase of the home and the seller, maintenance is not covered under warranty. We finished cleaning and observing the unit and I gave the husband the invoice, he said his wife just  left with the check book and he would mail the check. I did not cause the unit to be dirty, and I also have not seen the building inspectors report on the scope of work that we have performed, nor have I been paid. In my opinion and in the opinion of my helper that day, I quote ([redacted])  you are not getting payment for that boss! After hearing  the [redacted] bad mouthing the sellers work,  and the basement company's work , asking my opinion on how they could get the seller or the warranty company to pay for work performed. It's funny how my second attempt to collect this debt that the Revdex.com would be involved there after. I have had 29 years of unrivaled ,quality service in this trade. After checking the specs on this unit 10 lbs of refrigerant, is more than its capacity , therefore it wouldn't have ran at all, and now it is over charged.
