Raj Imports

Review: This company was advertised on Good Morning of America Deals and Steals. They were selling headbands at 5 a piece. The were backordered due to the volume. When I received my order I was charged for 3 headbands but only received 2. I emailed them immediately and they stated they would send the missing headband. I never received it. I emailed them a month after the first email and they never replied. I emailed them again and they never responded. I don't care if I don't get the missing headband but issue a credit back to my account. ThanksDesired Settlement: Refund or replacement of the missing black headband.

Review: Ordered on line (order#9[redacted]) on July 11th, 2013.They said items were back ordered and I would receive them in 30 days.It's been 48 days and I have not received my items and Raj Imports would not respond to my email inquiry. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company also.Raj Imports billed my credit card on July 11th without shipping the goods.Desired Settlement: Refund. I do not wish to do business with a company that takes peoples money and does not deliver the goods as promised.
