Review: Booking dates where not correct, went in to hotel on days needed. Was told the dates had been changed and no charge. I then found I was charged for the two rooms I stayed, plus charged more for the two rooms I didn't stay in. Called multiple times and only can get very broken english and keeps telling me "I give it, I give it". Nothing has been done to help I've contacted the manager and received the same response. They don't speak any english so getting the point of whats wrong is very hard.....

Weird we can't go to there county and open businesses but they can come here treat Americans like [redacted] and steal our money.Desired Settlement: I would like the money for the two rooms I did not stay in, along with the over draft fees I've accumulated.

Total would be, $66 per room, totaling $132, I won't worry about tax. I also have $75 in over drafts fees, $25 per draft which this hotel ran my card 4 separate times. so I have two $25 charges for two $66 drafts, along with the third draft of having negative in my account for a period of time with another $25 fee.

Would like the $207.00 back
