Review: We bought two airline tickets and paid $2300. Tickets were canceled due to medicals reasond ans Raj Travels owns us the refund in the amount of $1250. Called many times and not picking the phone or returnuing the email.Blocked his phone for incoming calls and not accepting calls.Desired Settlement: Need the refund back in the amount of $1250.

Review: I purchased 3 tickets for india. 1 for my father and other 2 for me and my mother. My father ticket was on nov [redacted] 2013, issue date * aug 2013. I paid to agent by check but when we went to air port [redacted] representative ask us to provide creditcard and ID verification that use to purhase that ticket. I told to [redacted] representative that my agent purchase this ticket and I paid him by check. They told me to call my agent and ask them to provide creditcard and ID copy for verfication. When I called him, he told me to call me back in 5 min but from that to till now he didnt pick up my phone or didnt reply my voicemail too. At that day my father ticket was cancled because agent didnt provied verification to eithad representative. So we purchased new ticket next day and leave voicemail and email to my agent for refund but he didnt reply eitherone. I have other 2 tikets to and I m afriad that same issue will happen again. Afterward I found out that the credit card he use to purchase this ticket he used my name as card holder but I dont have that card. He also did same fraud with my coworker too. he bought 3 tickets and other family too. They purchased 4 tickets. We all are in trouble right now. Please help us to get our hardwork money back.For that whatever document you need I can fax to you. I went with my e mail air ticket at ohare air port to fly india from air etihad but air line told me your ticket is not valid. I try to reach to gandhi travel inc by my cell and try to call them so many time I am trying but incoming call does not accept. I AM SUFFERING FOR LONG TIME TO REFUND MY MONEY $2500.00.. Review: We bought tickets to INDIA via this travel agent (British Airways), on the day of travel we came to know that this is a fraud agent and BA never received funds and we had to buy tickets again.

This guy, [redacted], took the funds and gave us tickets and apparently BA cancelled the tickets as he paid with Fraud Creditcard info.

When [redacted] online there are 100+ of victims like me from this travel agency !!Desired Settlement: This guys has money from us and from BA, its only fair for him to refund the money he took from customers.

Review: We have bought Air tickets from [redacted] who represents Raj Travel on August **, 2013. Recently we have found out that this person is doing scams to people, we have asked for the receipt for the money we paid to him but he never responded. Also when he booked the ticket he used his credit/debit card to book the ticket and when we asked for the copy of the card for the travel purpose as per the Airline requirement, he did not provided the copy.Desired Settlement: either provide the copy of the credit/debit card used while tickets were booked before the departure date (Sunday, Nov ** 2013), else refund the amount $3250.00 we have paid for the ticket.

Review: Sir/Madam, RAJ TRAVELS and TOURS inc by name [redacted] phone number is ###-###-#### is his mobile need to find out whether he is working from this country or out of country.Business address is [redacted] - Phone- ###-###-####.[redacted] Fraud in his account we deposited $5800 on may ** 2013.his account is in [redacted] - [redacted] it is a valid account,we think this person working from other country.he gave travel tickets which were fraud,I lost $5800 ,also even now this guy is lifting phone and doing same business.please take it as a challenge and return our money.British airlines were involved in this.[redacted]Desired Settlement: We gave complaints in Revdex.com no use ,also we gave in court,also in police department.[redacted] is located in newyork but no one of this company able to locate this person.feels bad it's been 6 months I'm giving complaints like this.still this fraud person lifting phone and running business.

Review: we paid 7000 plus us dollars to [redacted] from Rajtravel to help us with Airlines Tickets. They issues INVALID [redacted] Tickets . [redacted] told us that travel agency bought ticket like normal passenger do via online Internet. So credit card transaction is not valid and tickets are not valid.

We kept calling Raj Travel , they kept saying everything is all right , there is no problem. When we went to Airport , [redacted] did not allowed us to board the plane and we had to buy another tickets through some other air lines. Raj Travel did not helped us in return ticket also.

We requested for refund in emails / phones but all false promise to return refund but it has been 3 months over and still they have not returned our money.

I called Attorney , they want me to spend another 8000 USD before giving any guarantee on results !! Most attorney suggesting that cost of lawyer cost is more than return money so there is no benefit of taking that path.

So I kept calling Raj Travel but no sign of returning my refund. Most of time they do not pick up , if they pick up they hung up saying they are busy. Their voice mail is always full.

It is really injustice to consumer

I am not sure what else to do now. Someone suggested that Revdex.com can help so now I am knocking door here. Please help .Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back at following address
