Review: We placed an order with [redacted]) for 7 Pooja Thali Set & 3 Kalash upon agreed conditions on January **, 2015. One of the agreed conditions was that if [redacted] receives damaged products, they shall be replaced within 7 days from the time the damage is reported. [redacted] received products on February **, 2015 & same day the quality check reports with damaged products pictures were submitted to [redacted] thru email. No replacements were processed from [redacted]. The matter was delayed until [redacted] indicated [redacted] for potential Revdex.com complaint launch on date March **, 2015. [redacted] agreed to refund [redacted] money for 7 Pooja Thali Set & 1 Kalash on new agreed conditions where [redacted] needed to send the products to their US Office location. [redacted]. wanted their US Office to borne the money for shipping. For that [redacted] needed a Return Shipping Label [redacted]ted from their USA Office. Even after continuous efforts from [redacted]. has not provided any Shipping labels. Now, [redacted]. is asking [redacted] to return products to their USA office at our cost, stating that [redacted]. will refund money for shipping charges once products are received at their USA office. [redacted] feels that the matter has been delayed unnecessary & not acted upon as priority. No proactive actions are taken from [redacted]. to resolve this matter. The entire experience on how this order is being handled by [redacted]., [redacted] is unsure that [redacted]. will refund money for Products and shipping charges once products are received at their USA office. With this [redacted] seeks Revdex.com to intervene & assist us in expediting this matter to receive the refund of 7 Pooja Thali Set, 1 Kalash and any associated charges as per the agreed terms and conditions with [redacted].Desired Settlement: Full/At Least Partial (Half) payment and Full payment of Shipping Charges to send products to their US office prior to returning products. Remaining payment in one or at least two business days from the time they receive scanned return receipt from us or their US office receives the products whichever is earliest. If remaining payment is not processed in next one or two business days, 3% additional charges per day on remaining payment.

This letter is in acknowledgment to the letter we received from Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] The complaint was assigned ID [redacted]CASE DETAILS:Chirayu from [redacted] placed an order with [redacted] on Feb *, 2015. The order details are given below: ORDER ID:[redacted] ProductDetails: 7 Pooja Thali & 3 Kalash along with the 2 small Pooja bowl which were sent as a replacement of the previously ordered items.We received a payment of $267.20 against this order via [redacted] invoice no. [redacted] on Feb **2015. After the goods were delivered to the client, he emailed us that thearticles received were broken in transit. Although, this matter has not beeninvestigated further with the shipping carrier, we stuck by our 7-dayreplacement policy and advised the client to choose between two options: 1. Refund 100 % amount on returning 100 % articles.2. Replacement of damaged articles. The customer agreed to return 90% of the articles and asked for a refund for those items. At[redacted], our policies have always been clear that we do not refund theamount until we receive the goods. Our policy also states that, the returnitems are shipped at the expense of the customer. This was communicated to thecustomer and we asked them to ship the goods to an address in New York.The customer asked us to [redacted]te the shipping label, however that was not possible, so weagreed to pay the shipping charges once we received the scanned copy of thebill and the tracking details from the customer. The client was stubborn aboutpaying for the shipping fees and has stopped further communication with us. Wehave tried to reach the client on numerous occasions but have failed. We would like to clarify that as far as we know, no business refunds the amount to the clientuntil the goods are received. The customer has then gone on and filed a case against us with Revdex.com and also on [redacted] Claim– no. [redacted]Our response to the case on [redacted] remains the same, which we have agreed to refund the entireamount to the client as long as we receive our goods back.
