I ordered custom batting gloves on April 18, 2014 and have not received the product even though they have been paid for via my charge card. Purchase was shown on May credit card statement. Order number is [redacted] on my e-mail confirmation. Received an e-mail with a different order number: [redacted]. RM Spur batting gloves. Spoke to someone who answered phone June 3, 2014 and was told I would receive them by the end of the following week. Still have not received the gloves. Numerous calls to number on web-site, which appears to be a cell phone. No answer and recording says voice mail not set up. No response to e-mail or any attempt to contactDesired Settlement: Either ship me the product that I ordered or refund my money!
