Review: On March 21st 2011 [redacted] solicited my business by posing as a lawyer who could repair my credit by tacking my mortgage company to small claims court and having them remove the negative reporting. After 18 months and at a coast of $2,056.00 nothing happened! So I called and explained to Mr. [redacted] that a lot of time had passed with no results and I would like to have my money refunded as he had offered at the time he solicited my business. He said I would not get a refund because I hired his firm to sue my mortgage company and that's what they (Georggin Law) were going to do. He said "you'll be glad I didn't refund your money when we win your case". I called back several times after that and was put on hold for up to 2 hours without ever being able to speak to Mr. [redacted]. After 3 years I thinks it's time that Georggin Law refunds my money! I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded! After 3 years and my credit report still shows the negative reporting from the mortgage company, I think it's time!! I have copies of the canceled checks to show I paid them for these services.
