Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel

The hotel double charged me for my stay and refused to fix it. I stayed here May 22-24th 2015. After I'd gotten home, the 25th, I received a double charge for my stay which they refused to fix. I contacted my bank and actually went down to the bank itself. My bank rep called the hotel and spoke to the accounting manager ([redacted]). [redacted] was very uncooperative, insisting it was the banks fault when it was the hotel who had ran my card twice. My bank's debit card office managed to take the extra charge off but it wasn't their job to. They told me to watch the account all weekend to make sure the hotel doesn't post the extra charge AGAIN. The entire weekend was a terrible experience. We stayed here with our convention. They charged us an additional 50 PER night which was my spending money for the convention. They didn't tell us about that on the site. Or in my confirmation email. OR when I CHECKED IN. My card got declined and that was a nasty surprise. The person I talked to about it was rude as hell and refused to get me a manager. When I booked the room, I was told I would be getting a two bed room with a microwave and fridge. We were stuck in a king only bed (there were 6 of us) and had no fridge or microwave. The did bring us a roll away bed, but it was BROKEN. As we checked out, we needed a baggage trolley. I told them 4 times we needed one. They claimed we never answered the phone (WHEN WE NEVER GOT A CALL) So my friends were trapped while waiting and missed half the day. The extra 100 was taken care of but then they turned around and double charged me. I want my money back for the entire weekend. I have severe anxiety and this caused me to have several panic attacks. I had to go to the doctor and I haven't slept well in a week because I'm worried about my money all because of this hotel. Desired SettlementI want a refund for my visit after the way they treated me and my roommates. Also want a refund for the panic attacks and doctor visit and lost sleep they caused me to have over double charging me. I want the FULL REFUND of $268.34.
