Sent: Tuesday, June 13, 2017 9:28 PMSubject: Re: Login For Response Complaint   Customer [redacted], has 3 purchase orders as follows.    9/6/2016 #[redacted]: Custom Headlight Build Total: $689.15   10/6/2016 #[redacted] Purchased additional parts for build (HD Switchback Strips (Special...

Order 10-20 Day Lead Time before shipping to me), Switchback Bulbs, Load Resistors? Total: $113.67   10/29/16 #[redacted]: Demon Eyes (More parts to add to build (10-20 day lead time again)  Total: $124.49   Total Cost: $927.31   (Not $972.31 as claimed by customer)    Customer is stating we did not send fog lights. This is first I'm hearing this and am pretty sure he is claiming that for a friend who happens to have the same truck. Adding fog light hid to this order would have also added an additional $160 to the order so it's far off on the total spent, and cost submitted by customer.    This customer was sent his finished lights, installed and submitted pics claiming they were not aligned. Which by the pic, they were, just didn't have proper bulb seating when the bulbs were installed by either myself or customer (not important as it's a very easy adjustment to adjust the way the bulb sits) Customer did not fix that.    [redacted] also rode with these lights on his vehicle for multiple weeks prior to even contacting us about them being "broken" which he claimed was that way when we sent them. No biggie, requested them to be sent back which he did, and at that time stated that he would file a [redacted] claim if we did not fix them. Upon inspection of them, it's easy to see the damage done to these lights. They are no longer useable so I advised him of the findings and bill to fix them. He did not like that and filed away with a claim. I submitted our info and emails, contact etc to [redacted], and claim was decided in my favor.    Customer is claiming that [redacted] sided with us due to him waiting too long, which is not true. You can't file a claim if your past your claim period. They felt the same that he was sent the product in working order, as ordered, and damaged them and did not want to pay for repair of damaged product.    All parts used are parts customer requested, IDENTICAL to request, with all top of the line product from the new DD HD Switchback product and Morimoto projectors who's one of the leaders in aftermarket performance lighting. No cheap parts.    Upon purchase, customers are given a link to purchase that is visible to only them thru our site as a normal product, designed for them. Along with that is a list of parts, what's being done, warranty, etc. Which customer agree'd to.    Since customer making claim, we did not hear from him since, even after the claim was closed which was on 4/10/2017 until now. These items were not fixed up as customer claims as customer did not pay for repair and were put on the shelf for up to 30 days waiting on customer response on repairing or shipping back and we did not hear back. These were marked as abandoned and disposed. They were not fixed and resold as customer claimed. Pics used on social media are our property to use when we like, set on timeframes in no order, we could use pics months old, years old, or new, picked at random.     We can provide the purchase orders upon request if need be.    Thank you for your time.

Customers pics show the used lens that was provided to us. Again, customer was advised they wouldn't work. We also have documented video (which we cannot upload per allowed file types) showing the same damage on his original pieces, that he is claiming we did. Customer has also blocked our contact thru social media. Not the other way around. Customer is also slandering our name with several lies, spreading false information. He has not called us once since to discuss, instead, just blocked us and took to several social media groups. We have since reported all post made by him regarding our name for defamation, and will pursue a cease and desist for slandering our name. He will not get a refund of any kind. He's more than welcome to send back for a refund. However, he did say, on record, that he threw everything in the trash. So, for that, we will not and cannot issue any refund to him. It was his choice to have another set "built" so he claims, without giving the chance for repair with us, the original builder. Customer has since filed for whatever copyright material he can, and that's fine, we have all our own pictures, that he cannot have removed. So we wish him the best of luck, and ask that he stop wasting our time.

We are not removing any pics, pics are posted publicly and are not copyrighted in any way. The work was done here by us. There was several issues dealing with this customer. Customer received free work on top of it, and did not pay for items that he claimed he did and argued about. Kept trying to...

get more free work out of us. Customer refused to use a factory part on this build, and was notified the part he wanted would not work. Keeps saying we did not use his parts, and we did. Every bit of them. Parts provided by him were damaged, not in good shape as we were under impression were new, and they were not, nor would they fit properly. We did what we could to get them to work and he was not satisfied, even offered to send back for us to make adjustments, and he refused. Instead has gone around inappropriately sending us several online pornography subscriptions (were not dumb) as well as having other people come to our pages to make false claims. Customer also has been stating that all our or parts were thrown in the trash, yet were not and were used in this build and is having another shop take credit for the work performed which all they did was fix the issue we offered to fix and reseal the light. Customer also stated that the parts were all DOA, which is also very false and are working fine. Had they been DOA, they would not be used in the build as replacements for said parts take upwards of 30 days to get, yet this was done in matter of a day for work that took weeks to perform. So unlikely. Now customer is going around to leave bad reviews in places like here, that we aren't associated with at all. So bottom line, customer just wasn't happy, and will not bully us to remove anything, or refund anything. As well all of his warranty for all the parts used, have been voided 100% :) Have a nice day.
