Upholstery service performed, but not completed. Flaws exist in the work performed. Business refuses to correct.Approximately three (3) months ago, I had Raleigh Upholstery reupholster some dining room chairs. Shortly after they were returned, I noticed a prominent flaw on one of the chairs and a less conspicuous flaw on another. I telephoned "[redacted]", the owner, who assured me he would come by and take a look the next time he was in my neighborhood, which he said would be within several days. I heard nothing further. I now have telephoned the company on four additional occasions, twice leaving messages and twice talking with another individual who answered the phone. This individual assured me each time he would get in touch with [redacted] immediately by cell phone and have him contact me. I have received no contact.Please note my complaint in your files, so that others can be warned of what to expect from this company.Desired SettlementI would like them to contact me ASAP and correct the problems in order to complete the work.
