digital wellness platform that helps our users get healthier by making simple changes to their everyday routine, setting goals, and tracking their progress. Users typically have access to Rally through their employer as part of their health insurance - and can earn incentives from both Rally and their employer based on their activities on and off the site. We frequently customize the rewards offered to users based on their employer's group health plan. Therefore, Some employers offer rewards in connection with fitness reimbursement, while others don't. The user experience thus depends, in part, on the health plan in which a user is enrolled.Rally has a deep commitment to helping users improve and manage their health - and that mission extends to our dedicated customer support team, which helps users better understand their benefits and navigate the Rally user experience. This user in particular reached out to us on February 22, 2017 because he wanted "access to his fitness reimbursement program." Our customer service team responded on February 23, 2017. After trying to troubleshoot his account, we double checked and confirmed that he is not eligible for fitness reimbursement because his employer does not offer that functionality or reward.
