Hello,This email is in response to case number [redacted]. I did call Joyce Palmer Edwards and explain the scenario to her in response to the first inquiry. The incident in question did not unfold the way it was described in the complaint. A gentleman bought the items in question on 1/22 at our North Shore location. They were purchased at the end of the day to wear to the bar to watch the Steelers game. A video of this gentleman wearing the item in the store is attached. We know this is the item in question as it is the only sweater of that kind purchased on 1/22.On 1/23 the gentleman attempted to return the sweater and towel at our North Shore location. The same person that sold him the items was present and let him know he could not return it as the product was worn. I've attached a picture of our return policy where it clearly states we do not accept worn merchandise in return. After he left North Shore he called our Waterfront location to see if he could return the product there. Since Waterfront was not aware of the situation at North Shore they explained the return policy to the gentleman. He explained there were no tags on the product because the lady "took them" when he bought them. When asked why she took them the gentleman hung up on our store.Eventually in the afternoon on 1/23 a woman came to our Waterfront location attempting to return the same sweater and towel, without tags, she claimed were purchased the day before at North Shore. Our team explained to the woman that we were aware of this product/situation and couldn't return worn merchandise. She got upset and said it had nothing to do with her. She was directed to me where I explained to her that the only sweater we sold Sunday was the same sweater she had and we had already denied the return as the product was worn. I also explained that we had video of the product being worn. I explained that the store teams were only following policy and I directed her to call our customer service department as they may be able to help her.

I have not received a refund. I would like a refund. Also on their receipts return policy it does not say merchandise cannot be returned without tags and when I returned I followed the proper procedure noted on the receipt to bring in items unworn, undamaged, with receipt and was still denied a...

refund.
