Review: my fiance and I bought a car from rally motors in october of 2012. there was a few issuse with the sale 1st off,[redacted](salesperson) told us price was 10,000 by the time the paper work was done it was about 15,000. we traded in a car which he said he would give us 2000 for and he told us he would put the taxes I the loan and that we have a 1 yr warranty on this car." IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR WITHINN THIS YEAR BRING IT TO US AND WE WILL FIX" NOE THE EXSISTING PROBLEMS WAS THE DRIVER SEAT MOTOR WAS BROKE THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY BRAKE RELEASE AND THE TRANSMISSION WAS SLIPPING. We were told to bring the car back several times so it can be repaired each time they gave us an appointment we would show up and they would tell us they were booked. every time we called we could never get to the salesperson [redacted] or the owner [redacted],and neither of them would ever return our call.My fiance [redacted] goes to the shop after months of them giving us the run around only to be told that they have to order another chair and they dnt know how long it will take in the mean while the seat is getting worst. [redacted] had the part for the emergency release brake in his hand and said to come bck so he can fix it. they said the put a new transmission in but its acting up again and they told us they put 4 brand new tires on the car which 2 of them are dry rott. they did not and will not give us our registraion and they had our car for 7 days just to tell us that they are not fixing anything . when all the while we have beeen calling the continuosly to complain about these isse and they never returned not one phone call. I have since learned that they have been doing bad bussiness with alot of the coustomers. I believe that they need to be fully investigated. now im stuck with a car thats jacked up and I didnt have it for ayear and have a loan to pay on it.Desired Settlement: another car.

I apologize for the delay in responding to this complain, I was out on vacation, just returned this morning.

Review: I purchased a 2003 Pathfinder from Rally Motor Dec 24 2012 for $ 8500 21% interest rate with payment of $320 a month plus insurance making monthly payment $ 500. The engine light has been on since day one, I was told on good faith by the salesman whose name is [redacted] that it was nothing to worry about and that I would be fixed, I have had the truck for 7 months to date, I have been at Rally Motors every other week about the engine light. They never fixed the engine light issue that kept coming on every other week. they kept telling me that it's evap issue and that it was hard to find. As a result of the engine light, the gas gauge stoped working and the truk broke down 4 times of which I had to tow it to them every time. The first first time it broke down, I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks and was not given a loanor; they told me it was a computer problem and coil issues, the second time, I was without a vehicle for 5 weeks. I was given a loaner after pleading and beging for one, a week after it broke down. The third time it broke down I was again with out a vehichle for a week and was told that it was a coil issue. The fourth time it broke down, I was told that it was coil issues again. The truk is not reliable, I have only put 3 thousand miles on it since the day I purchased it due to the fear of it breaking down. I told them that the vehichle is unreliable and unfixable and that it's always breaking down unpredictably, and wanted a different vehichle of which they had on their lot and the answer was yes at first by the sales man and then no bc it was not of equal value, the vehicle was a 2005 pathfinder with 97 thousand miles. I have a $ 8500 loan already on the truck I presently have and the 2005 pathfinder is worth about that much adding my pain and suffering for the past 7 months.Desired Settlement: I want another truck of equal value or my money back of $4500 that I spent on the truck so far between payment cash exchange and taxes. I was sold an unrealiable truck that break down unpredictably anytime, i'm afraid to drive it due to the engine light issues which they never fixed and the truck breaking down all the time
