I had given a $500 dollar deposit and they have refused to give it back.I had purchased a 2003 ford escape from rally motor sports in Worcester Ma when I got it from they had put on different tires when I drove it I noticed that the alignment was off. I had brought it to my machanic and had them look at it. He had told me he had looked at this car before and that he had a list of 15 things that was wrong with the vehicle that was not fixed before. I had braught the car back to rally motor sports after I had gone to my mechanic and they told me that they wouold refund my money back. they never gave me anything in writing stating that I would get the $500 that I had put down for the down payment. Desired SettlementI would like to have my deposit back that they had promised thatI would get back.Business' Initial Response We informed the customer to cancel the deal with [redacted]. When [redacted] gets title and informs us we will credit back the customer their $500.

False advertismentThey clearly show "We finance anyone" I recently applied for a cheap vehicle only 5999.00 and offered 3000.00 down they could not approve me. Clearly false advertising and very poor business practice.Desired SettlementRemove sign and be honest.Business' Initial ResponseWe do show we can finance anyone, not everything. [redacted] was approved on a 2007 Ford Focus. She didn't want this particular vehicle, she wanted a high milage vehicle. Attached is an approval for [redacted]. Wishing I could show how [redacted] previous payment history has been it would show we can clearly approve anyone.Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The price of the truck was 5,999.00 ! So another false advertisment ? This credit form was made up. Credit Acceptance requires income of at least 2000.00 monthly and a 450 or above credit score not 4700 monthly. You guys are full.of lies . As crooked as dealers can be. You need to be shut down!

I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealer. The car had a leak before I bought it and now the car has nothing but issues and onging repairsI purchased a vehicle from Rally Motor Sports in Worcester MA. The car had a couple of issues before I financed that the dealer promised to fix. the car had a seal that was leaking and the catalitic converter was broken. The dealer told me to come back because the repairs were not urgent and would not cause any damage to my vehicle. After a couple weeks of the dealer pushing off the repairs, I was driving the vehicle on the highway, the leaking seal blew, the transfer case on my car cracked, all of the fluid came pouring out, smoke came flying out of the back of my car and my gears were mangled. The car would not go over 10 miles per hour and I had the car towed back to the dealer Rally Motor Sports. I called in a claim to the extended warantee that I purchased and the warantee company said that they were not going to cover the repair because there was a long ongoing leak before I even purchased the car that is the dealers responsibility to fix. The dealer then fought with me and tried to hold me repsonsible for the repairs. After a long battle fighting with warantee company and the dealer the dealer "fixed" the vehicle. When I finally got my car back after 3 weeks of being without it right after I bought it, the car was still leaking fluid.. I brought the car back to the dealer and the mechanic told me that the gear oil was over filled and needed to drip until it was at the right level. The car continued to leak and had a burning smell. The dealer gave me my keys and told me to never ever come back. Since then, my car has been leaking fluids, shifting really hard and when taking corners the car bucks really hard. I tried to bring the car back to the dealer and they told me I was not welcome to bring my car back. the dealer also stated that he is washing his hands clean with this car. I brought my vehicle to another mechanic to take a look.. the other mechanic drained some of the gear oil so it was at the right level, the car continued to leak so the leak was not just gear oil but it was transmition fluid. I got my car back and it was still bucking and shifting hard..the mechanic took the car for a ride and told me that he thinks the issue is the transfer case not working properly and there is fluid leaking inside the transfer case. I am now left with a vehicle that keeps breaking and needs a lot of work done that I cannot afford with a car payment and top notch insurance. Desired SettlementI would like to either give the car back and get out of the loan or get another car. I do not want to be stuck with a $12,000 loan for a car that has major issues that are not covered by warantee because the dealer sold me the car in that condition.Business' Initial Response There can be no dispute that [redacted] purchased the vehicle from Rally Motorsports on Feb 1, 2013. [redacted] executed and recieved a copy of the motor vehicle purchase contract.Pursuant to said contract, the vehicle purchase price was $8400. Thereafter, [redacted] contacted RMS with an alleged concern of the illumination of the check engine light. RMS instructed [redacted] to return the vehicle for diagnosis and , if necessary, repair of the vehicle. After preforming the diagnosis [redacted] missed her first appointment and didn't make it to her second. After driving 2,000 plus miles, the warranty company denied her repair claim,RMS repaired it for her at no cost or deductible. RMS repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. It is true the RMS stated we wash our hands of [redacted] and the vehicle after being physically and verbally assaulted. We don't want [redacted] or her aqaintances on the property for fear of our self and customers. The staff of RMS has built its fine reputation in the industry and community through many years of buisness and both hard work and fair dealings with its customers. RMS has always taken whatever steps that are reasonably necessary in order to resolve a particular dispute or problem that may arise even though it is through no fault of the dealership.
