August 31, at 4PM I purchased a for special and a large fryWhen I drove off I noticed one burger did not have anything other than lettuce and the fries were coldI returned and asked for a refund but the counter person only offered to replace the meal, which I refusedI called the police and the officer did help with a refund that was issued to my cardHowever, I never received the refund and I called again today and spoke to manager *** that said your records show I received a cash refund
