Rally's Hair Braiding & Weaving

Review: In Brief, I basically took my 12 year old daughter for service and had to return her the same day for braids that began to unravel. They took care of problem that day, however, braids began to fall out within 7 days of service. I was told to bring my daughter back for a re-do, but instead when we returned we received the run around. We were promised that the owner Nafy would tend to our needs. Nafy didn't want to accept responsibility. She kept putting it back on the "Hair Braider" that initially did my daughter's hair. She refused to give a refund. We visited the establsihment 4 times for a remedy, no resolve. I'm positioned now to proceed with civil suit against the owner. Unfortunately, the State of Maryland does not regulate Hair Braiding facilities. They only issue a license for the overall business. Hair Braiding Shops do not require any cosmetology experience. This needs to be changed. I've learned a very valuable lesson. Do your HOMEWORK before making your decision. I continue to reassure my daughter that I was sorry that she was put through this humilation and embarrassment. This was her first hair braiding experience.Desired Settlement: Exactly what was paid in cash. Civil Court to follow.
