Hello, Sorry for the trouble you are having. In this instance, I see that this order was "fulfilled by Amazon.com" and not through our warehouse. As a retailer, having this fulfilled by Amazon, and not doing business directly with Pioneer, there is no way for us to control the return process. If you explain the situation to Amazon they may be able to issue a credit or assist with the warranty. It is unfortunate that pioneer is basically calling all online retailers of their items, "unauthorized". They are the manufacturer of the item and should be honoring the warranty for you, if they will not, you will need to handle the returns process through your Amazon buyer account, since the item came from their distribution facility.  In the case of [redacted] orders ? Once again your policy states: "RMA Policy - Unless the item purchased is defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent, the buyer will assume all shipping charges. The return shipment can be sent via any mailing method you wish. Please include any communications with us or the invoice in the package. Please allow up to 72 hours to be refunded after the package is delivered". It doesn't spell out prepaid shipping label but it does say you (the seller) assume the shipping charges for items purchased that are defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent.I paid the 4.95 shipping to receive the item and you expect a customer to pay at least that to return a defective tool that cost $16.57 ? Your own return policy on your JB Tools website https://www.jbtoolsales.com/shipping-returns/ is clear cut and honest.So because [redacted] has no requirement for its sellers to provide quality customer service or a definitive return policy, it provides you the loophole to be vague about defective returns.Please don't patronize me by making a concession in this instance. I would rather take the loss after what you and [redacted] put me through and have the public know about your business practices. A simple apology and return label would have went a long way.

UPS/FedEx don't pick up. I see this order cleared our system around noon eastern time, this would have been scheduled to ship Monday from a FL warehouse, and delivered on Tuesday. This would have been well within the 2-5 business day estimate which was displayed at checkout. Further, I can see that numerous cancel requests were made between Friday night and Saturday morning, so this order was cancelled/refunded. This was indeed billed at checkout since the item was in the stock, and all credit card/debit card refunds take 2-5 business days, depending on bank.  We apologize that we could not satisfy your needs on this order.
