Ms. [redacted] was contacted and we have come to the agreement that we would refund the $37.00 which was the overdraft fee for the issue. Ms [redacted] was explained to why her credit card was charged so late. Ms. [redacted] collected the $37.00 on Thursday 7/10/2014
