Review: After reading on FaceBook about several people having suspicious charges from Rally's on their account, I decided to banking accounts, I decided to check mine and sure enough there is a charge for $16.18. I've also read that their credit card machines were down and transactions are being processed now. If that were the case, there should have been a warning to consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if their machines were in fact out of service or if this is a scam.
