I spoke with [redacted] when she came into the storeShe said she had purchased a New [redacted] refrigerator from us, I told her that is not possible as [redacted] is the only place where you can purchase a New [redacted] RefrigeratorI told her that possibly it was a Scratch and Dent UnitI told her New French Door Bottom Freezers can sell for as much as $newThe going price on a similar Unit [redacted] Elite [redacted] she purchased retails for over $She claims to have paid $A savings of OVER 50%I then asked her for the reciept and showed her the disclaimer on the bottom of the reciept which states" Merchandise is sold unless otherwise stated" Her reciept did not state a warranty of any kindWhen Units are sold Scratch and Dent they No longer come with the Manufacuters warrantyWe sell the Units AS-ISWe offer a discount to come out to service the units after the factShe had the Unit 7-months before it brokeWe do not make the UnitsWe test them when they arrive to make sure they work and sell them discountedI told her we could send a technician out to service the unit for a feeWhen he arrived we noticed that the tag to identify the unit was missingWe asked why the tag was removedWe told her there is no way to look up parts without the Model and Serial number of the unitWe discovered the Control Board had failed and told the customer we would look for the part based off the pictures we had taken of the boardWe then told her we could diagnose no further as the control board needed to work in order to check the compressor as the compressor gets power from the boardI myself extensively looked for the boardI found it and called her with the price and availablitlyShe asked me for the number of the partI gave her the number to the part and we never heard back from herI offered to replace the unit at the time with another unit at a big discountI offered to give her a loaner unit till she decidedWe did not hear back from her after that pointMy assumption was she tried to get the part herself and repair itAgain the units are Sold AS-ISWe offered to give her a loanerWe offered to give her another unit at a discounted priceWe sent a technician to diagnose and gave her the information and the part numbersWe were told from a third party she had different servicers out to her house for the refrigerator because one of them came in looking for the control board she neededI told him what I am telling you nowI sympathise with her but we do not make the unitsWe sell them unless stated on the recieptThe longest warranty we offer is monthsThe unit was 7-months old when it had troubleNever do we state a unit comes with a warranty from the manufacturer and our own warrantyIt is one or the otherAs I believe in giving the sqeaky wheel greaseEven though she did not come to me to discuss this and work it outI will give her a one time $in store creditGood for days from reciept of this letterMust have [redacted] ID and a copy of this letter to recieve the one time creditThank You Ralph

lying. They all know they are lying to protect the business and please look into that video. It's OK because he can say things like "Have a blessed day". But a bully like him, that picks on single women, we know has no blessed wishes to bestow. I told the truth. God is My Witness, and my Family and Friends also know the truth. French Door Bottom Freezers can sell for as much as $4000 new. The going price on a similar Unit [redacted] Elite [redacted] she purchased retails for over $3699.00. She claims to have paid $1627.10. A savings of OVER 50%. I then asked her for the reciept and showed her the disclaimer on the bottom of the reciept which states" Merchandise is sold As-is unless otherwise stated" Her reciept did not state a warranty of any kind. When Units are sold Scratch and Dent they No longer come with the Manufacuters warranty. We sell the Units AS-IS. We offer a discount to come out to service the units after the fact. She had the Unit 7-9 months before it broke. We do not make the Units. We test them when they arrive to make sure they work and sell them discounted. I told her we could send a technician out to service the unit for a fee. When he arrived we noticed that the tag to identify the unit was missing. We asked why the tag was removed. I offered to give her a loaner unit till she decided. We did not hear back from her after that point. My assumption was she tried to get the part herself and repair it. Again the units are Sold AS-IS. We offered to give her a loaner. We offered to give her another unit at a discounted price. We sent a technician to diagnose and gave her the information and the part numbers. We were told from a third party she had 3 different servicers out to her house for the refrigerator because one of them came in looking for the control board she needed. I told him what I am telling you now. I sympathise with her but we do not make the units. We sell them As-is unless stated on the reciept. The longest warranty we offer is 3 months. The unit was 7-9 months old when it had trouble. Never do we state a unit comes with a warranty from the manufacturer and our own warranty. It is one or the other. As I believe in giving the sqeaky wheel grease. Even though she did not come to me to discuss this and work it out. I will give her a one time $500 in store credit. Good for 90 days from reciept of this letter. Must have [redacted] ID and a copy of this letter to recieve the one time credit. Thank You Ralph
